【摘要】：作者從1997年至2001年在上海教科院普教所擔(dān)任所長(zhǎng),文章回顧了許多科研人員的人品、學(xué)識(shí)、業(yè)績(jī),并著重?cái)⑹隽藥锥斡∠笊羁痰慕?jīng)歷和感悟:上海教育科研的三級(jí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè);幼教、家教和心理輔導(dǎo)研究的發(fā)展;德育和特殊教育研究領(lǐng)域的開拓;青年科研人員的培養(yǎng)和所領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子的團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作。
[Abstract]:From 1997 to 2001, the author served as the director of the Institute of popular Education in Shanghai Educational Science Research Institute. The article reviewed the personality, knowledge and achievements of many researchers, and emphatically described several impressive experiences and insights: the construction of a three-level network of educational research in Shanghai; The development of preschool education, tutoring and psychological counseling research; the development of moral education and special education research; the training of young scientific research personnel; and the unity and cooperation of the leading groups.
