【摘要】：體制機制建設(shè)的創(chuàng)新是高校心理健康教育工作創(chuàng)新的基礎(chǔ)。其重點在于三個方面:一是改進與完善心理健康教育的組織結(jié)構(gòu);二是理順管理體系;三是協(xié)調(diào)各組織要素,含文化、環(huán)境、人力資源及其相互關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The innovation of system and mechanism construction is the foundation of the innovation of mental health education in colleges and universities. It focuses on three aspects: first, to improve and perfect the organizational structure of mental health education; second, to rationalize the management system; third, to coordinate all organizational elements, including culture, environment, human resources and their mutual relations.
