【摘要】：通過(guò)采用田納西自我概念量表、簡(jiǎn)易應(yīng)對(duì)方式問(wèn)卷和自評(píng)抑郁量表對(duì)重慶市某高職院校230名學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,結(jié)果顯示,自我概念在性別上有顯著差異,抑郁與應(yīng)對(duì)方式在性別上無(wú)顯著差異;自我概念和抑郁在專業(yè)上有顯著差異,應(yīng)對(duì)方式在專業(yè)上沒(méi)有顯著差異;自我概念和抑郁之間差異顯著,自我概念和應(yīng)對(duì)方式之間差異顯著,應(yīng)對(duì)方式和抑郁之間差異顯著。高職院校應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)高職學(xué)生對(duì)各種社會(huì)生活事件正確應(yīng)對(duì)方式的引導(dǎo)與訓(xùn)練,尤其是應(yīng)該注重加強(qiáng)對(duì)在認(rèn)知、情感、行為等方面有更多消極表現(xiàn)的高職學(xué)生進(jìn)行教育與訓(xùn)練,使他們逐步形成積極的應(yīng)對(duì)方式,以更好地適應(yīng)現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境,更好地發(fā)展自己、健康成長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:By using Tennessee Self-Concepts scale, simple coping style questionnaire and Self-Rating Depression scale, 230 students in a vocational college in Chongqing were investigated. The results showed that there were significant differences in self-concept between sexes. There was no significant difference between depression and coping style in gender, significant difference in self-concept and depression in specialty, no significant difference in coping style in professional, significant difference between self-concept and depression. There were significant differences between self-concept and coping style, and between coping style and depression. Higher vocational colleges should strengthen the guidance and training of higher vocational students to correct coping styles of various social life events, especially to strengthen the education and training of higher vocational students who have more negative manifestations in cognition, emotion, behavior and so on. Make them gradually form a positive coping style in order to better adapt to the actual environment, better develop themselves, healthy growth.
