廣州市青少年精神成癮行為分析

【摘要】:目的了解廣州市青少年電子游戲、網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮及賭博等精神成癮行為現(xiàn)況,為制定干預(yù)措施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用"中國青少年健康相關(guān)行為調(diào)查問卷"對廣州市66所學(xué)校11 939名學(xué)生進行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果青少年每天玩電子游戲≥4 h的比例為13.61%,男生(18.63%)遠高于女生(9.30%),農(nóng)村(14.56%)略高于城市(13.11%),職中生比例最高(25.65%),差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮率為8.25%,男生(10.88%)明顯高于女生(5.99%),職中生最高(10.25%),差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P值均0.01)。青少年參加類似賭博的娛樂性活動的發(fā)生率為25.87%,男生(33.58%)高于女生(19.24%),城市(23.09%)低于農(nóng)村(31.13%),職中生的發(fā)生率最高(38.63%),普通中學(xué)(24.26%)高于重點中學(xué)(20.84%),差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。青少年上網(wǎng)的目的主要是:在線音樂、影視等的收聽和收看(52.00%)、即時通訊(QQ,MSN等)(48.93%)、查閱資料(42.65%)。結(jié)論廣州市青少年長時間玩電子游戲、上網(wǎng)及賭博等精神成癮行為發(fā)生率較高,應(yīng)通過學(xué)校、家庭及社會途徑開展針對性干預(yù)。
