【摘要】：本專科學(xué)生在入學(xué)初,人格特征相差不大,經(jīng)過兩年大學(xué)生活,同專科學(xué)生相比,本科學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng),考慮問題全面,人格特征比較穩(wěn)定。�？茖W(xué)生入學(xué)與兩年后的人格特征變化較大,易受外界影響。應(yīng)做好�？茖W(xué)生的引導(dǎo)教育工作,注意加強(qiáng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新意識(shí)、交往、合作能力的培養(yǎng),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生做情緒的主人,加強(qiáng)愛心、感恩及責(zé)任感教育。
[Abstract]:After two years of college life, compared with college students, undergraduate students have strong learning ability, comprehensive consideration of problems, and more stable personality characteristics. College students' personality changes after two years are easy to be influenced by the outside world. We should do a good job in guiding and education of college students, pay attention to the cultivation of students' creative consciousness, communication and cooperation ability, train students to be masters of emotion, strengthen the education of love, gratitude and sense of responsibility.
