幼兒教師職業(yè)倦怠與社會支持的關(guān)系

【摘要】:國內(nèi)外大量研究表明:教師職業(yè)被公認(rèn)為是一項強度大壓力大的職業(yè),超負荷的工作壓力對教師的生理、心理、等方面產(chǎn)生了消極的影響,從而導(dǎo)致了職業(yè)倦怠情況的產(chǎn)生。幼兒教師也是教師群中種的一員,教育的對象與其他教師群體相比比較特殊,這也成為職業(yè)倦怠研究的焦點之一。相關(guān)研究表明,社會支持對于緩解教師職業(yè)倦怠具有積極的效應(yīng),但是就目前來說,對幼兒教師職業(yè)倦怠的與社會支持關(guān)系方面的研究還非常少。 本研究以長春市4所不同體制幼兒園的200名幼兒教師為研究對象,通過問卷法調(diào)查幼兒教師群體職業(yè)倦怠狀況及社會支持與職業(yè)倦怠的關(guān)系,,采用訪談法探尋幼兒教師感受到的社會支持情況和職業(yè)倦怠的來源。從社會支持的角度,為預(yù)防和干預(yù)幼兒教師職業(yè)倦怠問題提供依據(jù)。本研究利用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計軟件,通過進行方差分析、相關(guān)分析和回歸分析等數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析方法,對幼兒教師職業(yè)倦怠與社會支持的關(guān)系進行了探討。研究結(jié)果顯示: 1、幼兒教師職業(yè)倦怠狀況不嚴(yán)重,情緒衰竭程度相對較高,其次是低成就感,而非人性化的程度最輕; 2、幼兒教師的職業(yè)倦怠水平在不同的人口統(tǒng)計學(xué)變量上存在著差異。在教齡變量上,教齡在6-10年的教師職業(yè)倦怠程度最為嚴(yán)重;在學(xué)段變量上,學(xué)前班教師職業(yè)倦怠程度最為嚴(yán)重; 3、幼兒教師社會支持總分與職業(yè)倦怠總分及其三個維度都存在極其顯著的負相關(guān); 4、社會支持總分對職業(yè)倦怠總分及各維度均有負向預(yù)測作用; 基于此,本研究從社會支持的角度出發(fā),提出了預(yù)防和緩解幼兒教師職業(yè)倦怠的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:A large number of studies at home and abroad show that the profession of teachers is recognized as a profession with great intensity and great pressure, and the overload of work pressure has a negative effect on the teachers' physiology, psychology, and so on, which leads to the emergence of job burnout. Preschool teachers are also a member of the teacher group, the object of education is more special than other groups of teachers, which has become one of the focus of the study of job burnout. Related studies show that social support has a positive effect on alleviating teachers' job burnout, but at present, there are few studies on the relationship between job burnout and social support of preschool teachers. In this study, 200 preschool teachers from four kindergartens in Changchun were investigated by questionnaire, and the relationship between job burnout and social support was investigated. The interview method was used to explore the social support and the source of job burnout felt by preschool teachers. From the angle of social support, it provides the basis for prevention and intervention of preschool teachers' job burnout. Using SPSS 17.0 statistical software, the relationship between preschool teachers' job burnout and social support was studied by means of variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results show that: 1, preschool teachers' job burnout is not serious, the degree of emotional exhaustion is relatively high, followed by low sense of achievement, not the least degree of humanization; 2. The burnout level of preschool teachers is different in different demographic variables. In the variables of teaching age, the degree of teachers' job burnout is the most serious in 6-10 years of teaching age, and the most serious in the variables of learning stage. (3) the total score of social support of preschool teachers is negatively correlated with the total score of job burnout and its three dimensions, 4, the total score of social support has a negative predictive effect on the total score of job burnout and each dimension. Based on this, this study puts forward some suggestions on how to prevent and alleviate preschool teachers' job burnout from the angle of social support.
