【摘要】：開展高琛校長教育思想研究是教育實(shí)踐的訴求，，也是建構(gòu)教育思想理論的需要。然而，當(dāng)前中小學(xué)校長教育思想研究的現(xiàn)狀卻不盡人意。本研究通過建構(gòu)的教育思想研究的基本范疇對(duì)高琛校長“優(yōu)才”教育思想進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地探討。 第一章：導(dǎo)言。首先從教育實(shí)踐的訴求、建構(gòu)理論的需要、基于調(diào)研的思考三個(gè)方面闡述了中小學(xué)校長教育思想研究的必要性和迫切性。其次交代了中小學(xué)校長教育思想研究的目的與內(nèi)容，并從“教育思想”和“校長教育思想”兩個(gè)維度進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)綜述，進(jìn)而提出了中小學(xué)校長教育思想研究的理論價(jià)值與實(shí)踐價(jià)值。最后從收集資料和分析資料兩個(gè)方面說明了本研究采用的研究方法。 第二章：教育思想研究的概念和范疇。首先厘清了教育思想與校長教育思想的內(nèi)涵、結(jié)構(gòu)與類別。其次建構(gòu)了校長教育思想研究的基本范疇，并運(yùn)用歷史與邏輯的方法對(duì)背景、過程、內(nèi)容與價(jià)值四大范疇所構(gòu)成的內(nèi)容體系進(jìn)行了論證。 第三章：高琛校長教育思想的背景研究。主要從時(shí)代背景、地域背景、崗位背景和知識(shí)背景四個(gè)方面對(duì)高琛校長“優(yōu)才”教育思想作了深入的分析。 第四章：高琛校長教育思想的過程研究。主要剖析了“優(yōu)才”教育思想的形成過程，并闡述了“優(yōu)才”教育思想的形成階段的劃分的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與依據(jù)。 第五章：高琛校長教育思想的內(nèi)容研究。主要提煉了高琛校長“優(yōu)才”教育思想的內(nèi)容。其中“優(yōu)才”教育思想展現(xiàn)在“關(guān)于‘優(yōu)才’教育理念”與“關(guān)于‘優(yōu)才’培養(yǎng)模式”兩個(gè)維度。 第六章：高琛校長教育思想的價(jià)值研究。首先明確了由于校長教育思想缺失所導(dǎo)致的我國中小學(xué)治理困境；其次提出了走出治理困境的路徑。
[Abstract]:The research on the educational thought of chancen's principal is the demand of the educational practice and the need for the construction of educational thought theory. However, the current situation of the research on the educational thought of primary and secondary school principals is not satisfactory.
The first chapter is introduction. First, the necessity and urgency of the study of primary and secondary school principals' educational thought are expounded from three aspects: the demands of educational practice, the need of constructing the theory and the thinking of the research on the basis of investigation. Secondly, the purpose and content of the study of primary and secondary school principals' educational thought are given, and the two dimensions of "educational thought" and "principal education thought" are also given. This paper makes a literature review, and then puts forward the theoretical and practical value of the study of primary and secondary school principals' educational thought. Finally, the research methods used in this study are explained from the two aspects of collecting data and analyzing data.
The second chapter: the concept and category of educational thought research. First, it clarifies the connotation, structure and category of educational thought and principal's educational thought. Secondly, it constructs the basic category of the study of principal's education thought, and demonstrates the content system of the four categories of background, process, content and value by using the method of history and logic.
The third chapter: the background study of the educational thought of chancen, mainly from four aspects of the background of the times, the regional background, the background of the post and the background of knowledge.
The fourth chapter is the study of the process of the educational thought of chancen. It mainly analyzes the forming process of the educational thought of "excellent talent", and expounds the standard and basis of the division of the formation stage of the "excellent talent" education thought.
The fifth chapter: the content of the educational thought of chancen's principals. The main content of the education thought of "excellent talent" was extracted from the principals of Gao Chen. Among them, the educational thought of "excellent talent" was displayed in the two dimensions of "excellent talent" education idea and "excellent talent" training mode.
The sixth chapter: the study of the value of the educational thought of chancen's principal. First, the predicament of the primary and middle school governance in China caused by the lack of principal's education thought was clarified. Secondly, the path to get out of the governance dilemma was put forward.
