城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌背景下陜西農(nóng)村學(xué)校建筑空間改造研究

【摘要】:隨著城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的快速推進(jìn),農(nóng)村人口流動(dòng)日益頻繁,加之計(jì)劃生育工作的長(zhǎng)期開展,進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來,農(nóng)村學(xué)齡人口逐年下降的趨勢(shì)日益明顯,,農(nóng)村中小學(xué)普遍面臨著生源危機(jī)問題。目前,陜西農(nóng)村地區(qū)中小學(xué)生源嚴(yán)重不足,教育資源匾乏、教育質(zhì)量普遍低下。為了有效解決上述問題,近年來,陜西農(nóng)村普遍開展了中小學(xué)布局調(diào)整工作。與此同時(shí),國家也及時(shí)出臺(tái)了一系列科學(xué)穩(wěn)妥的政策,確保了陜西農(nóng)村學(xué)校布局調(diào)整工作的有效實(shí)施。 以“撤點(diǎn)并!睘橹攸c(diǎn)的陜西農(nóng)村學(xué)校布局調(diào)整工作已進(jìn)行了相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)的一段時(shí)間,下一階段我們應(yīng)當(dāng)把重心轉(zhuǎn)移到后續(xù)農(nóng)村學(xué)校的建設(shè)上,包括選址新建、舊建筑改建、原有建筑擴(kuò)建、增建等,使農(nóng)村學(xué)校布局調(diào)整深入開展下去。在國家大力新建、改建農(nóng)村學(xué)校工程項(xiàng)目的歷史時(shí)機(jī)下,站在“城鄉(xiāng)教育統(tǒng)籌”的角度,本著資源節(jié)約的目的,研究國家重點(diǎn)建設(shè)的西部陜西農(nóng)村學(xué)校建筑空間改造問題,對(duì)于促進(jìn)農(nóng)村教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高,實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)教育均衡發(fā)展,構(gòu)建資源節(jié)約型社會(huì)具有重大意義。 基于以上背景,本文以陜西農(nóng)村學(xué)校建筑空間改造為核心研究?jī)?nèi)容,首先,對(duì)我國農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)教育發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行論述總結(jié),探討在城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌背景下國內(nèi)農(nóng)村學(xué)校建筑發(fā)展面臨的核心問題,提出繼中小學(xué)布局調(diào)整之后農(nóng)村學(xué)校建筑空間改造研究的必要性。其次,調(diào)查近年來陜西農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)教育及中小學(xué)教育建筑的發(fā)展概況,了解現(xiàn)階段農(nóng)村學(xué)校的辦學(xué)條件及師生對(duì)教學(xué)空間、生活服務(wù)空間等的新需求,通過與省內(nèi)城市學(xué)校及國家相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范的橫向比較,總結(jié)研究陜西農(nóng)村學(xué)校建筑空間現(xiàn)狀的存在問題。再次,針對(duì)布局調(diào)整后農(nóng)村學(xué)校的不同類型和原有的職能定位,分析其建設(shè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),研究農(nóng)村學(xué)校后續(xù)建設(shè)使用的相關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)化建議模式。針對(duì)布局調(diào)整后陜西農(nóng)村中小學(xué),F(xiàn)狀存在問題及后續(xù)建設(shè)學(xué)校使用性質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化后的空間更新再利用問題,探討相適應(yīng)的各類學(xué)校建筑空間改造模式。最后,總結(jié)陜西農(nóng)村學(xué)校建筑空間改造的實(shí)施步驟,通過工程案例初步探討適于農(nóng)村學(xué)校建筑改造的設(shè)計(jì)方法。本文的目的是為今后陜西,乃至西北農(nóng)村地區(qū)中小學(xué)校的改造設(shè)計(jì)提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization, rural population mobility is becoming more and more frequent, and family planning work has been carried out for a long time. Since the beginning of the new century, the rural school-age population has been declining year by year. Rural primary and secondary schools are generally faced with the problem of student resource crisis. At present, there is a serious shortage of primary and middle school students in rural areas of Shaanxi Province, educational resources are scarce, and the quality of education is generally low. In order to solve these problems effectively, Shaanxi rural areas have generally carried out the adjustment of primary and secondary school layout in recent years. At the same time, the state has issued a series of scientific and sound policies in time to ensure the effective implementation of the rural school layout adjustment in Shaanxi. The readjustment of the layout of Shaanxi rural schools, which focuses on "removing points and merging schools", has been going on for quite a long time. In the next stage, we should shift our focus to the construction of subsequent rural schools, including the selection and construction of new sites and the reconstruction of old buildings. The original building expansion, construction, and so on, so that the layout of rural schools to adjust the in-depth development. Under the historical opportunity of the new construction and reconstruction project of rural schools, and from the angle of "urban and rural education as a whole" and with the aim of saving resources, the paper studies the reconstruction of rural schools' space in western Shaanxi, which is the key construction of the state. It is of great significance to improve the quality of education and teaching in rural areas, to realize the balanced development of education in urban and rural areas, and to build a resource-saving society. Based on the above background, this paper takes the reconstruction of rural school building space as the core research content, first of all, the development of rural basic education in China is summarized. This paper probes into the core problems facing the development of rural school buildings in China under the background of urban and rural planning, and puts forward the necessity of research on the spatial transformation of rural school buildings after the adjustment of the layout of primary and secondary schools. Secondly, to investigate the development of basic education and primary and secondary education buildings in rural areas in Shaanxi in recent years, to understand the current conditions of running schools in rural areas and the new needs of teachers and students for teaching space, living service space, etc. Through the horizontal comparison with the city schools and the national standards and norms in the province, this paper summarizes and studies the existing problems of the present situation of the building space of the rural schools in Shaanxi province. Thirdly, according to the different types of rural schools after layout adjustment and the original functional positioning, this paper analyzes the development trend of the construction of rural schools, and studies the relevant transformation suggestions for the subsequent construction of rural schools. In view of the problems existing in the present situation of rural primary and secondary schools in Shaanxi Province after the layout adjustment and the space renewal and reuse after the transformation of the use nature of the subsequent construction schools, this paper probes into the suitable space transformation modes of various kinds of school buildings. Finally, the paper summarizes the implementation steps of the space reconstruction of rural schools in Shaanxi province, and discusses the design methods suitable for the reconstruction of rural school buildings through engineering cases. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the reconstruction and design of primary and secondary schools in Shaanxi and rural areas in northwest China.
