[Abstract]:The 12th Five-Year Plan for the Reform and Development of basic Education in Shanghai, published just a few days ago, proposes that Shanghai will ensure that the children of migrant workers will receive compulsory education and that more than 90% of the children who follow them will attend public schools. The quality of primary education in private primary schools, which mainly enroll children with emigration, reached the basic level of the whole city.
