【摘要】:正教育工作靠教師的專業(yè)知識、技能、經(jīng)驗(yàn)和智慧完成。教師培養(yǎng)以知識為主,兼及技能;教師訓(xùn)練以技能為主,兼及經(jīng)驗(yàn);教師交流以經(jīng)驗(yàn)為主,涉及智慧。所謂"有智慧"的教師,通常指的是經(jīng)驗(yàn)極其豐富、工作十分優(yōu)秀、表現(xiàn)卓爾不群的教師。知識、技能、經(jīng)驗(yàn)、智慧,是四個(gè)不同的概念。知識是書本上來的,技能是建立在知識基礎(chǔ)上通過實(shí)踐操作掌握的,經(jīng)驗(yàn)是建立在技能
[Abstract]:Positive education depends on teachers' professional knowledge, skills, experience and wisdom. Teachers are trained mainly with knowledge and skills; teachers with skills and experiences; and teachers with experience and wisdom in teacher communication. The so-called "wise" teachers, usually refer to extremely experienced, excellent work, outstanding performance of teachers. Knowledge, skill, experience and wisdom are four different concepts. Knowledge comes from books, skills are based on knowledge, and experience is based on skills.
