武漢高校公共教學(xué)樓公共空間場(chǎng)所感研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來(lái),我國(guó)高等教育有了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,公共教學(xué)樓規(guī)模越來(lái)越大,其中公共空間的發(fā)展是最為引人注目的。當(dāng)代公共教學(xué)樓公共空間設(shè)計(jì),逐漸打破以往分散獨(dú)立的布局,正在逐步邁向開放與多元方向的發(fā)展,并注重布局的關(guān)聯(lián)性以及功能的多樣性。教學(xué)樓公共空間發(fā)展雖然極大地提高公共空間面積,但由于忽視了場(chǎng)所感的營(yíng)造,公共空間未能充分發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有功能,從而經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)“大而空”的現(xiàn)象。本文以武漢當(dāng)代高校公共教學(xué)樓公共空間為研究對(duì)象,,從重點(diǎn)高校中選取新建公共教學(xué)樓公共空間為例,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究、觀察訪談、問(wèn)卷調(diào)研等方法,圍繞公共空間“場(chǎng)所感營(yíng)造”問(wèn)題展開系統(tǒng)研究,藉此探討旨在提高教學(xué)樓公共空間場(chǎng)所感的教學(xué)樓建筑設(shè)計(jì)策略。 本文討論了高校公共教學(xué)樓公共空間的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,梳理了與“場(chǎng)所感營(yíng)造”有關(guān)的國(guó)內(nèi)外設(shè)計(jì)理論,在此基礎(chǔ)上,從武漢地區(qū)211高校中選取了華中科技大學(xué)西十二教學(xué)樓、中南財(cái)經(jīng)政法大學(xué)文泰樓、中國(guó)地質(zhì)大學(xué)北五樓以及武漢大學(xué)第一教學(xué)樓為主要案例素材,分別從空間、界面、輔助設(shè)施這三個(gè)方面展開系統(tǒng)分析研究。采用實(shí)地考察和問(wèn)卷分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,將采集的實(shí)地考察的量化數(shù)據(jù)和問(wèn)卷采集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行綜合比較定量分析,最終得出相應(yīng)的結(jié)論。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):教學(xué)樓公共空間的場(chǎng)所感形成,與空間形態(tài)和層次劃分、界面的組織及輔助設(shè)施的引導(dǎo)這三方面因素所引發(fā)的人與環(huán)境間的物質(zhì)、信息、能量的流動(dòng)有著重大關(guān)系。即:空間層次越分明、內(nèi)容越豐富,所得到的界面類型就越多;界面所能傳達(dá)的信息類型越豐富、信息量越大,所營(yíng)造出的場(chǎng)所感越強(qiáng);輔助設(shè)施所提供的各種功能則有助于促進(jìn)人與環(huán)境間的物質(zhì)、能量的互動(dòng)聯(lián)系,從而進(jìn)一步引發(fā)人們對(duì)于該場(chǎng)所的認(rèn)同。
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century, China's higher education has made great progress, and the scale of public teaching buildings is getting larger and larger, among which the development of public space is the most noticeable. The design of public space in contemporary public teaching buildings is gradually breaking away from the previous scattered and independent layout, and is gradually moving towards the development of openness and pluralism, and pays attention to the relevance of layout and the diversity of functions. Although the development of public space in teaching buildings greatly improves the area of public space, due to the neglect of the construction of the sense of place, the public space fails to give full play to its proper function, thus the phenomenon of "large and empty" often appears. This paper takes the public space of Wuhan contemporary university public teaching building as the research object, selects the public space of the newly built public teaching building from the key universities as an example, applies the methods of literature research, observation and interview, questionnaire investigation and so on. Based on the systematic research on the problem of "place sense building" in public space, this paper probes into the architectural design strategy of teaching building aimed at improving the sense of public space place in teaching building. This paper discusses the present situation of the development of public space in university public teaching buildings, combs the domestic and foreign design theories related to "the construction of the sense of place", and, on this basis, selects the West 12 Teaching Building of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from 211 universities in Wuhan area. The Wentai Building of Zhongnan University of Finance, Economics and Law, the North Fifth floor of China University of Geosciences and the first Teaching Building of Wuhan University are the main case materials, which are systematically analyzed from three aspects: space, interface and auxiliary facilities. The quantitative data collected from the field investigation and the data collected by the questionnaire are comprehensively compared and quantitatively analyzed by the method of field investigation and questionnaire analysis, and the corresponding conclusions are finally reached. It is found that the formation of the sense of place in the public space of the teaching building is closely related to the flow of material, information and energy between people and the environment caused by three factors, namely, the division of space form and level, the organization of interface and the guidance of auxiliary facilities. That is, the more distinct the spatial level, the richer the content, the more the interface type, the richer the information type, the greater the amount of information, the stronger the sense of place created. The various functions provided by assistive facilities can promote the interaction of material and energy between human beings and the environment, and further arouse people's recognition of the place.
