【摘要】：在我國,"學(xué)習(xí)銀行"的建設(shè)正處于剛剛起步的階段,吸取別國的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),反思別國的不足之外,將有利于全面、深入地研究"學(xué)分銀行",加強(qiáng)科學(xué)的預(yù)見性。本文試圖分析研究韓國"學(xué)分銀行"的負(fù)向功能,以更加全面、深入地認(rèn)識(shí)"學(xué)分銀行",并幫助我們進(jìn)一步思考如何建設(shè)具有中國特色的"學(xué)分銀行"。
[Abstract]:In our country, the construction of "learning bank" is just in its infancy. Absorbing the successful experience of other countries and reflecting on the shortcomings of other countries will be beneficial to the comprehensive and in-depth study of "credit bank" and strengthen the scientific foresight. This paper attempts to analyze and study the negative function of Korean credit bank in order to understand the credit bank more comprehensively and deeply, and to help us to further think about how to construct the credit bank with Chinese characteristics.
