【摘要】：加拿大歷史上的印第安人寄宿制教育政策是一項(xiàng)強(qiáng)制同化弱勢(shì)族群的政策,雖然在一定程度上促進(jìn)了印第安人文化教育的發(fā)展,但給印第安人帶來(lái)更多的是文化災(zāi)難和心靈的創(chuàng)傷。印第安人寄宿制教育是加拿大政府強(qiáng)制同化政策的產(chǎn)物,與我國(guó)民族地區(qū)寄宿制教育不可"同國(guó)而語(yǔ)",但研究印第安人寄宿制教育政策實(shí)施過(guò)程中的一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),將會(huì)給我們帶來(lái)一些有益的啟示。本文將通過(guò)對(duì)加拿大印第安人寄宿制教育政策的理念、政策實(shí)施過(guò)程以及政策的利弊進(jìn)行論述,提出我國(guó)民族地區(qū)寄宿制教育應(yīng)當(dāng)注意的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:The policy of Indian boarding education in the history of Canada was a policy of forced assimilation of disadvantaged groups, although to some extent it promoted the development of Indian culture and education. But it was more of a cultural disaster and spiritual trauma to the Indians. Indian boarding education is the product of the Canadian government's compulsory assimilation policy, and can not be "spoken in the same country" with the boarding education in our national areas. However, some experiences and lessons in the implementation of the Indian boarding education policy are studied. Will bring us some useful enlightenment. This article will discuss the idea of Canadian Indian boarding education policy, the process of policy implementation and the advantages and disadvantages of the policy, and put forward the problems that should be paid attention to in the boarding system education in ethnic areas of our country.
