臨夏回族自治州職業(yè)教育教師教育技術(shù)能力現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查及提升對策

【摘要】:隨著信息社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,人們對知識和技能的需求不斷增強(qiáng)。以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力為主要目的的職業(yè)教育面臨著前所未有的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。提高職業(yè)教育教師的現(xiàn)代化教學(xué)能力和教學(xué)水平即現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)能力,是職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。對職業(yè)教師的信息化教學(xué)能力和教學(xué)水平進(jìn)行培訓(xùn),是提高教師現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)能力的主要方式。 筆者通過查閱大量的文獻(xiàn)、實(shí)地調(diào)查、訪談了解到目前國內(nèi)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)職業(yè)教育研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了教育技術(shù)在少數(shù)民族地區(qū)職業(yè)教育教師培訓(xùn)中的作用。通過對甘肅省臨夏回族自治州十二所職業(yè)學(xué)校教師、學(xué)生和教育管理者的現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)能力現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查以及對建構(gòu)主義、學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果等理論的持續(xù)深入研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)了目前職業(yè)教育管理者、教師和學(xué)生現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)能力現(xiàn)狀和教師現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)中存在的問題。根據(jù)臨夏回族自治州職業(yè)教育特點(diǎn),以建構(gòu)主義學(xué)習(xí)理論、學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果理論為指導(dǎo),設(shè)計(jì)了針對少數(shù)民族地區(qū)職業(yè)技術(shù)教師教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)的幾種培訓(xùn)模式。以期采用這些培訓(xùn)模式提高當(dāng)?shù)貙W(xué)校、培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)、職業(yè)教育教師的現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力。其模式在設(shè)計(jì)過程中征詢了一線教師和相關(guān)專家的建議,根據(jù)建議對培訓(xùn)模式進(jìn)行了修改、完善。 本文由五部分組成: 第一章緒論介紹了本文的研究背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、本文主要研究內(nèi)容和研究方法。根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)芈殬I(yè)教育現(xiàn)狀和國內(nèi)外職業(yè)教育教師教育技術(shù)能力提升對策,提出了本論文的研究方法。 第二章通過對教育技術(shù)、職業(yè)教育概念的界定以及對職業(yè)教育教師教育技術(shù)能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究確定了本文主要的研究理論。建構(gòu)主義學(xué)習(xí)理論對職業(yè)教育教師教育技術(shù)應(yīng)用策略研究的指導(dǎo)作用和學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果分類理論對職業(yè)教育教師教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)方式的啟發(fā)。根據(jù)以上兩個(gè)理論和臨夏回族自治州職業(yè)教育實(shí)際情況,總結(jié)出教育技術(shù)應(yīng)用的影響因素。 第三章在對當(dāng)?shù)夭糠謱W(xué)校教師、學(xué)生、管理者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查和訪談的過程中,了解到當(dāng)?shù)匾痪教師、學(xué)生和管理者對教育技術(shù)在職業(yè)教育應(yīng)用和教師培訓(xùn)中的現(xiàn)狀。根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀和不足提出了少數(shù)民族地區(qū)職業(yè)教育教育技術(shù)應(yīng)用策略。 第四章以建構(gòu)主義學(xué)習(xí)理論、學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果分類理論為理論基礎(chǔ),,結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)芈殬I(yè)教育學(xué)校教師培訓(xùn)方式,提出了加快對職業(yè)教育學(xué)校信息化建設(shè)方式、職業(yè)教育教師教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)的方式、提高職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生信息素養(yǎng)的方法、創(chuàng)建適合于當(dāng)?shù)芈殬I(yè)教育的教育資源庫特點(diǎn)和應(yīng)用教育技術(shù)優(yōu)化教學(xué)方式、方法。 第五章總結(jié)了本文研究的主要成果和不足之處,明確了下一步的研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of information society, people's demand for knowledge and skills is increasing. Vocational education, which aims to cultivate students' practical ability, is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The key to the development of vocational education is to improve the modern teaching ability and teaching level of vocational education teachers. It is the main way to improve teachers' modern educational technology ability to train vocational teachers' informational teaching ability and teaching level. By consulting a large number of documents, field investigations, interviews and understanding of the current situation of vocational education in minority areas, the author analyzes the role of educational technology in the training of vocational education teachers in minority areas. Through the investigation of the present situation of teachers, students and educational administrators in 12 vocational schools in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, as well as the continuous and in-depth study of constructivism and learning results, The present situation of vocational education managers, teachers and students' modern educational technology ability and the problems existing in teachers' modern educational technology training are found. Based on the characteristics of vocational education in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture and guided by constructivist learning theory and learning result theory, several training models for vocational and technical teachers in minority areas are designed. The purpose of this paper is to improve the application ability of modern educational technology in local schools, training institutions and vocational education teachers. In the process of design, the training model is modified and perfected by consulting the teachers and experts. This paper consists of five parts: The first chapter introduces the research background, domestic and international research status, the main research content and research methods. According to the present situation of local vocational education and the countermeasures of improving teachers' educational technical ability at home and abroad, the research method of this paper is put forward. The second chapter defines the educational technology, the concept of vocational education and the standards of teachers' educational technical competence in vocational education. The instructive role of constructivism learning theory in the study of applied strategies of vocational education teachers' educational technology and the enlightenment of the classification theory of learning results to the educational technology training methods of vocational education teachers. According to the above two theories and the actual situation of vocational education in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, the influencing factors of the application of educational technology are summarized. In the third chapter, in the process of questionnaire survey and interview to some local school teachers, students and managers, we find out the current situation of the local teachers, students and managers in the application of educational technology in vocational education and teacher training. According to the present situation and deficiency, this paper puts forward the strategy of applying vocational education technology in minority areas. In the fourth chapter, based on constructivism learning theory and learning result classification theory, combined with the teacher training methods of local vocational education schools, the author puts forward a way to accelerate the informatization construction of vocational education schools. The way of educational technology training of teachers in vocational education, the method of improving the information literacy of students in vocational school, the establishment of educational resource bank suitable for local vocational education, and the application of educational technology to optimize teaching methods and methods. The fifth chapter summarizes the main achievements and shortcomings of this study, clear the next research direction.
