【摘要】：一個(gè)能夠適應(yīng)基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革和全面推行素質(zhì)教育的教研室建設(shè)應(yīng)在基礎(chǔ)條件、教研隊(duì)伍、職能發(fā)揮、教育行政部門的重視程度等方面達(dá)到一定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在縣級教研室建設(shè)過程中,應(yīng)注意了解和掌握督導(dǎo)評估驗(yàn)收程序,切實(shí)落實(shí)教研室建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建立、健全縣級教研室建設(shè)督導(dǎo)工作機(jī)制,積極推進(jìn)教研室建設(shè)工作,切實(shí)把有豐富教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)秀教師吸收到教研隊(duì)伍中來。
[Abstract]:The construction of a teaching and research office which can adapt to the curriculum reform of basic education and carry out quality-oriented education in an all-round way should meet certain standards in terms of basic conditions, teaching and research team, exertion of functions, and the degree of attention paid by the educational administrative department. In the process of construction of county level teaching and research offices, attention should be paid to understanding and mastering the procedure of supervision, evaluation and acceptance, conscientiously implementing the construction standards of teaching and research offices, establishing and perfecting the supervision mechanism for the construction of teaching and research offices at the county level, and actively promoting the construction of teaching and research offices. The outstanding teachers with rich teaching experience should be absorbed into the teaching and research team.
