【摘要】：移動技術(shù)和計算機技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展使移動學(xué)習(xí)（M-Learning）應(yīng)運而生，并代表一種新的學(xué)習(xí)趨勢。M-Learning是教育和現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物，是遠(yuǎn)程教育發(fā)展的一種新形式。近年來，隨著無線通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展及實用化，M-Learning的應(yīng)用越來越廣闊。但是，隨之而來的就是M-Learning資源問題，，即學(xué)習(xí)資源的質(zhì)量與共享問題。如果沒有優(yōu)質(zhì)的學(xué)習(xí)資源，即使手持設(shè)備的功能非常完善，無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的速度非�？�，學(xué)習(xí)者也無法得到最理想的學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)習(xí)效果也就無法達到預(yù)期效果。如果能夠在設(shè)計M-Learning內(nèi)容之前，就對其特定的要求有深刻的認(rèn)識，那么M-Learning的資源質(zhì)量就會有所提高，重復(fù)開發(fā)所造成浪費就能夠盡量避免。因此，對M-Learning內(nèi)容設(shè)計規(guī)范的研究也勢在必行。 本文研究的重點在于制定M-Learning內(nèi)容設(shè)計的評估規(guī)范及M-Learning內(nèi)容評估的一種綜合評估法的應(yīng)用。通過大量的整理、比較、分析國內(nèi)外有關(guān)評估規(guī)范等工作，本文從發(fā)展性評價的角度出發(fā)，提出了一套較為系統(tǒng)的、規(guī)范的M-Learning內(nèi)容評估指標(biāo)體系，并盡可能的將指標(biāo)具體化，規(guī)范化。同時，本文以制定的評估指標(biāo)體系為基礎(chǔ)，采用了一種綜合評估法，通過對兩個移動英語單詞學(xué)習(xí)軟件的評估，演示了該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和方法的使用。本文的研究對于M-Learning標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究提出了思路，同時對于評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的完善有一定的實際意義：M-Learning資源的開發(fā)者和設(shè)計者可以按照此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計出有條理的、質(zhì)量較高的產(chǎn)品；教育機構(gòu)和學(xué)習(xí)者可以參照此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來評估各個學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)劣，選擇一個最適合學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)品。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile technology and computer technology, M-learning emerges as the times require, and represents a new learning trend. M-Learning is the result of the combination of education and modern information technology, and it is a new form of distance education. In recent years, with the development of wireless communication technology and practical application of M-Learning more and more widely. However, the problem of M-Learning resources, that is, the quality and sharing of learning resources, follows. Without high-quality learning resources, even if the function of handheld devices is very perfect, the speed of wireless network is very fast, learners can not get the most ideal learning, and the learning effect will not reach the desired results. If we can have a deep understanding of the specific requirements of M-Learning content before designing it, then the quality of M-Learning resources will be improved, and the waste caused by repeated development can be avoided as far as possible. Therefore, the research of M-Learning content design specification is imperative. The emphasis of this paper is to make the evaluation specification of M-Learning content design and the application of a comprehensive evaluation method of M-Learning content evaluation. Through a large number of collation, comparison, analysis of domestic and foreign related evaluation norms and other work, this paper from the perspective of developmental evaluation, proposed a more systematic, standardized M-Learning content evaluation index system, and as far as possible to specify the indicators, Standardization. At the same time, based on the established evaluation index system, a comprehensive evaluation method is used to demonstrate the use of this standard and method through the evaluation of two mobile English word learning software. The research of this paper puts forward the idea for the research of M-Learning standardization, at the same time, it has certain practical significance for the perfection of the evaluation standard. The developers and designers of the resource of: M-Learning can design orderly and high quality products according to this standard. Educational institutions and learners can use this criterion to evaluate the merits and demerits of each learning product and choose one that is most suitable for students.
