【摘要】：非學(xué)歷教育機(jī)構(gòu)在人們的社會生活中扮演著越來越重要的角色，而在其中任教的人們作為教師隊伍中龐大的一支進(jìn)入了我們的視野。他們?nèi)藬?shù)眾多，他們中的部分身兼數(shù)職，他們往往經(jīng)歷豐富，往往更獨立，他們被稱為“老師”卻受不到傳統(tǒng)教育系統(tǒng)的“關(guān)照”，他們的社會化歷程既符合一般教師的職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)律，又顯然呈現(xiàn)出具有特色、個性的一面。 本文主要就以下兩方面來探討這個問題。一，相關(guān)概念的澄清和理論的梳理，包括核心概念的內(nèi)涵與外延、教師職業(yè)社會化理論模式、教師發(fā)展階段與影響因素等，試圖從前人的研究和共性的層面找到幫助我們剖析與理解的工具；二，相關(guān)個案的訪談，包括四位重點訪談對象和其他多位訪談對象，試圖用個案分析的方式，盡可能原生態(tài)地展現(xiàn)不同類型非學(xué)歷教育機(jī)構(gòu)中教師職業(yè)社會化的部分面貌。
[Abstract]:Non educational institutions play a more and more important role in people's social life, and people who teach in them have entered our vision as a huge team of teachers. They are large and part of them. They are often experienced and often more independent. They are called "teachers". To the "care" of the traditional education system, their socialized course not only accords with the law of the professional development of the general teachers, but also obviously has the characteristics and individuality.
This article mainly discusses the following two aspects. First, the clarification and theory of related concepts, including the connotation and extension of the core concepts, the theoretical model of teachers' professional socialization, the stage of teacher development and the influencing factors, and so on, try to find the tools to help us to dissect and understand the former, and two. The interview, including four key interviewing subjects and other interviewees, tries to use case analysis to reveal the part of the socialization of teachers in different types of non educational institutions as far as possible.
