【摘要】：為了幫助藏區(qū)群眾脫貧致富,推進藏區(qū)跨越式發(fā)展和長治久安,四川省委、省政府審時度勢,施政創(chuàng)新,做出實施藏區(qū)“9+3”免費教育計劃的重大戰(zhàn)略決策和部署。藏區(qū)“9+3”免費教育計劃,即在9年義務(wù)教育的基礎(chǔ)上,對藏區(qū)孩子提供3年的免費職業(yè)教育。2009年,四川省委、省政府啟動了藏區(qū)“9+3”免費教育計劃,首批來自阿壩州、甘孜州和涼山州木里縣的12000余名學(xué)生分兩批走進90所內(nèi)地學(xué)校開始了新的學(xué)習(xí)和生活。在省市人民政府和教育主管部門的統(tǒng)一安排和部署下,2009年9月,125名阿壩藏族羌族自治州學(xué)生來到筆者任職的學(xué)校——四川省廣元市職業(yè)高級中學(xué)校,接受免費職業(yè)教育。由于他們所處社會環(huán)境、文化背景、教育程度以及性別、年齡等不同,對語言的感受、理解和使用也有所不同,其融入意識、溝通意識、法律意識、公民意識、規(guī)則意識淡薄,自我管理和自我控制能力較弱,產(chǎn)生了諸如不斷與內(nèi)地學(xué)生發(fā)生沖突、適應(yīng)困難、交流障礙等教育教學(xué)問題。為了更好地解決漢藏學(xué)生的教育教學(xué)問題,促進漢藏學(xué)生和平共處,相互學(xué)習(xí)和交流。筆者打算通過一系列的校園文化建設(shè)來促進漢藏學(xué)生的融合,改善學(xué)校里“9+3”學(xué)生的現(xiàn)狀。 筆者在對中職學(xué)校校園文化建設(shè)的研究現(xiàn)狀回顧的基礎(chǔ)上,以學(xué)校400名“9+3”學(xué)生為研究被試,采用實驗組和控制組的對比研究以及問卷調(diào)查、個案訪談的方式對其進行了調(diào)查研究,并得出如下結(jié)論： 1、不同年級以及來自不同地區(qū)的學(xué)生融合程度有顯著差異。 2、學(xué)校開展的一系列校園文化建設(shè)促進了漢藏學(xué)生的相互融合,漢藏學(xué)生的相處狀態(tài)有了良好的改善。
[Abstract]:In order to help the Tibetan people to extricate themselves from poverty and become rich, to promote the Tibetan region's leapfrog development and long-term stability, the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government have reviewed the situation and made major strategic decisions and arrangements for the implementation of the "9 / 3" free education plan in the Tibetan region. The "9.3" free education program in Tibet, which provides free vocational education for children in Tibet for three years on the basis of nine-year compulsory education, was launched by the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government in 2009, with the first batch of free education programs from Aba Prefecture. More than 12000 students from Muli County, Ganzi and Liangshan prefectures, entered 90 inland schools in two batches to start a new life and study. In September 2009, 125 students from Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture came to the vocational high school of Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province, and received free vocational education under the unified arrangement and arrangement of the provincial and municipal people's governments and the competent education departments. Because of their different social environment, cultural background, educational level, gender and age, their feelings, understanding and use of language are different, their consciousness of integration, communication, law, citizenship, rules are weak. The ability of self-management and self-control is weak, resulting in educational and teaching problems such as conflict with mainland students, difficulties of adaptation, communication barriers and so on. In order to better solve the problems of education and teaching of Chinese and Tibetan students, promote their peaceful coexistence and mutual learning and communication. The author intends to promote the integration of Han and Tibetan students through a series of campus cultural construction, and improve the present situation of "9.3" students in the school. On the basis of reviewing the present situation of campus culture construction in secondary vocational schools, the author takes 400 "9 3" students as subjects, and adopts comparative study and questionnaire survey between experimental group and control group. The method of case interview is investigated and studied, and the conclusions are as follows: 1. There are significant differences in the degree of integration among students from different grades and from different regions. 2. A series of campus culture construction promoted the integration of Chinese and Tibetan students, and the condition of the Chinese and Tibetan students was improved.
