校長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力基本要素探析

【摘要】:校長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力基本要素包括基礎(chǔ)要素(心理要素和動作要素),條件要素(職位要素和非職位要素),以及場域要素(校長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)活動過程、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)內(nèi)容及校長個人領(lǐng)導(dǎo)活動要素)三個方面。三個基本要素構(gòu)成了校長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力完整的邏輯體系�;A(chǔ)要素和條件要素是校長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力形成的內(nèi)在要素,場域要素是校長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力形成的范圍及表現(xiàn)。研究校長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力要素既可克服校長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力當(dāng)前研究的不足,也可以建構(gòu)一個較完整的校長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的理論體系,同時(shí)也有助于校長不斷提升和完善自己的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,以及學(xué)校師生診斷和幫助校長提升領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。
[Abstract]:The basic elements of principal leadership include basic elements (psychological factor and action factor), conditional element (post factor and non-post element), and field element (principal leadership activity process). The three basic elements constitute the complete logical system of the principal's leadership. The basic elements and the conditional elements are the inner elements of the principal's leadership formation. The field factor is the scope and performance of the principal leadership formation, the research on the principal leadership factor can not only overcome the deficiency of the current research on the principal leadership, but also construct a relatively complete theoretical system of the principal leadership. It also helps principals to improve their leadership, and teachers and students to diagnose and help principals improve their leadership.
