【摘要】：普通教師標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是英國新教師在一年的入職培訓(xùn)結(jié)束時(shí)應(yīng)達(dá)到的要求,它明確了新教師完成入職培訓(xùn)時(shí)應(yīng)具有的專業(yè)品質(zhì)、專業(yè)知識和理解、專業(yè)技能素質(zhì)。普通教師標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是指導(dǎo)英國新教師入職培訓(xùn)的具體過程,即新教師專業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的設(shè)定、行動(dòng)計(jì)劃的制定、評估新教師的表現(xiàn)三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的核心。我國亟待形成以新教師入職標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為核心、以教學(xué)實(shí)踐為基礎(chǔ)、以新教師的專業(yè)反思為關(guān)鍵、以參與機(jī)構(gòu)和人員的合作為保障的教師入職培訓(xùn)制度。
[Abstract]:The general teacher standard is a requirement for a new teacher in the UK at the end of a year's induction training. It defines the professional qualities, professional knowledge and understanding that a new teacher should have when completing the induction training. Professional skill quality. The general teacher standard is the concrete process of guiding the new teachers' induction training, that is, the setting of new teachers' professional development goals, the formulation of action plans, The evaluation of new teachers' performance is the core of three links. In our country, it is urgent to take the new teachers' entry standards as the core, to take the teaching practice as the basis, and to take the new teachers' professional reflection as the key. Teacher-in-service training system guaranteed by the cooperation of participating institutions and personnel.
