【摘要】：本研究調(diào)查學(xué)生的心理健康狀態(tài)在萊索托國家大學(xué)。確切地說這項(xiàng)研究來評估學(xué)生的心理健康狀況,他們是否感受到焦慮和抑郁癥或者是否這樣的學(xué)生使用向他們提供的心理健康服務(wù)。大學(xué)的不同部門的117個(gè)受訪者的樣本有目的的被挑選了。調(diào)查對象完成了自填問卷,使用Zung焦慮自評量表(ZSRA)焦慮被測量、使用Zung抑郁自評量表(SRDS)抑郁被測量。為了測量人口統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)與尋找學(xué)生,額外的項(xiàng)目被使用了。結(jié)果表明大學(xué)生確實(shí)體驗(yàn)焦慮和抑郁,大多數(shù)受訪者匯報(bào)正常到輕微的程度、更少比例提到了適度、中等和嚴(yán)重的程度。女性受訪者跟男性比,更多感到憂郁。不過沒找出年齡、年級、專業(yè)與焦慮和憂郁的顯著聯(lián)系。盡管學(xué)生向他們提供的心理健康服務(wù)的意識,他們沒使用。
[Abstract]:This study surveyed the mental health status of students at the National University of Lesotho. To be exact, this study assessed the mental health status of students. Did they experience anxiety and depression or did such students use the mental health services provided to them. A sample of 117 respondents from different departments of the university were purposefully selected. The subjects completed a self-administered questionnaire. Anxiety was measured using the Zung self-rating anxiety scale, and depression was measured using the Zung self-rating depression scale. Additional items were used to measure demographics and to find students. The results showed that college students did experience anxiety and depression. Most of the respondents reported normal to mild levels, and fewer mentioned moderate, moderate and severe levels. Women were more depressed than men, but did not identify age, grade, etc. Major is significantly associated with anxiety and depression. Despite students' awareness of the mental health services provided to them, they do not use it.
