高職生網絡成癮、大五人格與主觀幸福感的關系

【摘要】:近年來,隨著信息技術的快速發(fā)展,網絡的應用已經滲入到社會的各個領域,逐漸改變著人們的生活和學習方式,同時也影響著人們的心理和行為的發(fā)展。網絡成癮現象已經成為國內外心理學研究的熱點問題之一。許多研究都表明網絡成癮將給使用者造成學習、工作和家庭上一系列的影響。作為頻繁使用網絡的高職生而言,他們特有的人格特質與網絡成癮傾向存在一定的關系,而網絡成癮也會影響他們對生活的滿意程度。 本研究采用《中文網絡成癮量表(修訂版)》、《大五人格問卷》和《生活滿意度量表》等測量工具對572名高職生進行調查,獲得如下結論: (1)高職生人群中存在網絡成癮現象,本次調查結果具體如下:非網絡成癮者391人,占68.35%;輕度網絡成癮者118人,占21.63%;重度網絡成癮傾向者63人,占10.02%。 (2)高職生網絡成癮在人口學變量上存在顯著差異,具體表現為:不同性別在網絡成癮的各維度存在顯著差異(t=5.133,p0.001);大二學生的網絡成癮耐受性顯著高于大一學生(t=-2.953,p0.05);農村學生網絡成癮耐受性(t=-2.157,p0.05)和人際與健康問題(t=-2.456,p0.05)方面顯著高于城鎮(zhèn)學生;工科生的人際與健康問題顯著高于理科生和文科生(F=3.765,p0.05)。 (3)高職生“大五”人格的各維度得分均低于全國常模水平,且高低順序依次是責任性、宜人性、外傾性、開放性、神經質。在人口學變量上的差異是:男生的宜人性(t=-4.653,p0.001)和責任性特質(t=-2.146,p0.05)得分顯著低于女生;大二學生的神經質得分顯著高于大一學生(t=-2.482,p0.05)。 (4)高職生的生活滿意度處于中等偏上水平,說明當代高職生體驗到較多的幸福感。其中,女生比男生體驗到更多的家庭滿意度(t=-2.950,p0.05),而男生比女生體驗到更多的學業(yè)滿意度(t=2.168,p0.05);大一的學校滿意度(t=5.355,p0.001)和環(huán)境滿意度(t=2.454,p0.05)顯著高于大二;文科生的家庭滿意度顯著高于理科生、工科生(F=3.153,p0.05)。 (5)大五人格特質中的宜人性、責任性和開放性對網絡成癮具有顯著的負向預測作用。 (6)高職生的網絡成癮能顯著負向預測生活滿意度,網絡成癮程度越嚴重,,生活的滿意程度越低。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, the application of the network has penetrated into all fields of society, gradually changing the way people live and learn. At the same time, it also affects the development of people's psychology and behavior. The phenomenon of Internet addiction has become one of the hot issues in psychological research at home and abroad. As vocational college students who frequently use the Internet, their unique personality traits have a certain relationship with the tendency of Internet addiction, and Internet addiction will also affect their satisfaction with life. In this study, 572 vocational college students were investigated with Chinese Internet Addiction scale (revised), Big five Personality questionnaire and Life satisfaction scale. The results of this survey are as follows: 391 non-Internet addicts (68.35); 118 mild Internet addicts (21.63); 63 severe Internet addiction (10.022). 2) there are significant differences in demographic variables of Internet addiction among vocational college students. The specific manifestations are as follows: there are significant differences among different genders in each dimension of iad; the tolerance of iad among sophomores is significantly higher than that of freshmen; the tolerance of iad among rural students is higher than that of freshmen; the tolerance of iad among rural students is -2.157p0.05) and the interpersonal and health problems are ta-2.456p0.05). Significantly higher than urban students; The interpersonal and health problems of engineering students were significantly higher than those of science students and arts students. 3) the scores of each dimension of "Big five" personality of higher vocational students are lower than the national norm level, and the order is responsibility, humanity, extroversion, openness, etc. The differences in demographic variables were as follows: male students had significantly lower scores than female students in terms of suitably human nature (-4.653p0.001) and responsible trait (P 0.05), and the scores of neuroticism of sophomores were significantly higher than those of freshmen (P 0.05) and those of sophomore students were significantly higher than those of freshmen (P < 0.05), and the scores of neuroticism of male students were significantly lower than those of female students (P < 0.05). 4) the life satisfaction of vocational college students is at the middle level, which shows that the contemporary vocational college students experience a lot of happiness. Girls experienced more family satisfaction than boys, while boys experienced more academic satisfaction than girls. School satisfaction and environmental satisfaction were significantly higher in freshmen than in sophomores, while family satisfaction among liberal arts students was significantly higher than that of science students, while that of freshmen was significantly higher than that of science students, while that of students of arts was significantly higher than that of students of science, while that of freshmen was significantly higher than that of students of science, and that of freshmen was significantly higher than that of sophomores, while that of students of arts was significantly higher than that of students of science, and that of freshmen was significantly higher than that of students of science. (3) 3. 153, p0. 05. 5) Personality, responsibility and openness in Big five personality traits have a significant negative predictive effect on Internet addiction. (6) Internet addiction of vocational college students can predict life satisfaction significantly, and the more serious the degree of Internet addiction, the lower the satisfaction degree of life.
