【摘要】：城鄉(xiāng)教育一體化、教育均衡成為今后一段時間中國教育最為重要的問題。迄今為止,圍繞此一問題的改革和努力,雖然帶來一些改變和進步,但是還未能抵達問題的核心。只有在辦學的最為重要的主體——教師的均衡配置問題上著力,努力推進區(qū)域城鄉(xiāng)教師的統(tǒng)籌安排,教師均衡配置,中國教育的均衡問題才可能獲得突破,從而根本上解決教育公平、和諧發(fā)展問題。
[Abstract]:With the integration of urban and rural education, the education balance will become the most important issue in China's education for some time to come. So far, the reform and efforts around this issue have brought about some changes and progress. However, it has not reached the core of the problem. Only on the issue of balanced allocation of teachers, which is the most important subject of running a school, should we strive to promote the overall arrangement of teachers in urban and rural areas and the balanced allocation of teachers. The balanced problem of education in China can be broken through, thus solving the problem of educational fairness and harmonious development.
