【摘要】：目的:了解地震災(zāi)區(qū)中學(xué)生心理彈性現(xiàn)狀,探討影響心理彈性的有關(guān)因素,為促進(jìn)災(zāi)區(qū)學(xué)生心理健康提供依據(jù)。方法:選取汶川地震極重災(zāi)區(qū)和輕災(zāi)區(qū)兩所中學(xué)的初中學(xué)生為研究對象,采用量表及自制結(jié)構(gòu)式調(diào)查問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果:調(diào)查分析了1256名學(xué)生;極重災(zāi)區(qū)學(xué)生心理彈性得分為40.82±6.04,輕災(zāi)區(qū)學(xué)生心理彈性得分為43.42±6.24,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=7.418,P0.001);心理彈性受到自尊、積極應(yīng)對(PC)、內(nèi)控性、客觀支持、房屋受損情況、有勢力的他人(P)、對支持的利用度、消極應(yīng)對(NC)的影響(均為P≤0.01),影響變量解釋率達(dá)38.5%,其中自尊的貢獻(xiàn)率最大。結(jié)論:通過改善災(zāi)區(qū)學(xué)生內(nèi)部因素即提高其自尊水平、改善其應(yīng)對方式、增強(qiáng)內(nèi)控性,同時(shí)改善外部保護(hù)性因素即提高社會(huì)支持,可以提高其心理彈性水平,從而促進(jìn)其心理健康。
