【摘要】:基于國(guó)家、社會(huì)對(duì)外來(lái)務(wù)工人員問(wèn)題及其子女在城市接受義務(wù)教育的重視及相關(guān)政策法規(guī)的逐步完善,越來(lái)越多的外來(lái)務(wù)工子女能夠進(jìn)入城市公立學(xué)校就讀,許多城鎮(zhèn)公立學(xué)校定點(diǎn)招收外來(lái)務(wù)工人員子女。外來(lái)務(wù)工子女受教育權(quán)得到保障之后,隨之而來(lái)的問(wèn)題是學(xué)生能否受到良好的教育,享受真正意義上的教育公平。對(duì)于外來(lái)務(wù)工人員子女自身來(lái)說(shuō)學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣是其教育收效的一個(gè)重要方面,在某種程度上影響著外來(lái)務(wù)工子女受教育的質(zhì)量,更關(guān)系著他們的學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)和今后的發(fā)展、成長(zhǎng)及擇業(yè)。然而目前的研究大多集中在對(duì)外來(lái)務(wù)工子女就學(xué)問(wèn)題的調(diào)查研究、相關(guān)政策法規(guī)及教育公平等問(wèn)題上,對(duì)外來(lái)務(wù)工子女的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣研究相對(duì)較少。 為了能夠深入了解外來(lái)務(wù)工子女在城市學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成情況,,本文采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法,選取濟(jì)南市歷下區(qū)兩所接受外來(lái)務(wù)工子女的小學(xué),對(duì)其中五六年級(jí)的學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,獲取了濟(jì)南市外來(lái)務(wù)工子女小學(xué)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的具體情況,通過(guò)分析其存在問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而提出改進(jìn)對(duì)策,以期能夠促進(jìn)外來(lái)務(wù)工子女健康成長(zhǎng)和教育實(shí)效性的提高。 本文共分為三部分:第一部分是對(duì)濟(jì)南市外來(lái)務(wù)工子女的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查。主要采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和訪談法相結(jié)合的研究方法。就學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣問(wèn)題從課前學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、課堂學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、課后學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和其他學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣等四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,并對(duì)問(wèn)卷需進(jìn)行深入了解的問(wèn)題對(duì)相關(guān)教師和學(xué)生進(jìn)行訪談,以了解一些現(xiàn)象背后的深層次原因。 第二部分是對(duì)濟(jì)南市外來(lái)務(wù)工子女學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣中存在問(wèn)題及其原因的分析。針對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣中存在的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)對(duì)研究過(guò)程中所獲得的具體結(jié)果的深入分析,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)影響外來(lái)務(wù)工人員子女學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的因素主要有以下幾個(gè)方面:學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)興趣、意志品質(zhì)、家庭情況、教師作用以及同班群體的作用等。針對(duì)以上影響外來(lái)務(wù)工人員子女學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的主要因素,筆者認(rèn)為社會(huì)、教師、家長(zhǎng)和學(xué)生四方面應(yīng)共同努力,促進(jìn)學(xué)生良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成。 第三部分是對(duì)濟(jì)南市外來(lái)務(wù)工子女形成良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的建議。主要從社會(huì)、教師、學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)等方面提出了具體的建議,旨在為濟(jì)南市外來(lái)務(wù)工子女形成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、促進(jìn)其健康快樂(lè)成長(zhǎng)盡一個(gè)研究者的綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:Based on the country, the society attaches importance to the problem of migrant workers and their children receiving compulsory education in the city and the gradual improvement of relevant policies and regulations, more and more migrant children can enter urban public schools. Many public schools in cities and towns recruit children of migrant workers at fixed points. After the right to education of children of migrant workers is guaranteed, the question that follows is whether the students can receive a good education. To enjoy the true sense of education equity. For migrant workers' children themselves, learning habits is an important aspect of their education results, to some extent affect the quality of education of migrant workers' children. More related to their academic achievements and future development, growth and career choice. However, most of the current research focused on the study of migrant workers' children in school, related policies and regulations and education equity and other issues. The study on the study habits of migrant workers' children is relatively few. In order to get a better understanding of the formation of the study habits of migrant children in urban schools, this paper adopts the method of questionnaire to select two primary schools in Lixia District of Jinan to accept the children of migrant workers. The fifth and sixth grade students were investigated by questionnaire to obtain the specific situation of the students' learning habits of the children of migrant workers in Jinan city. Through the analysis of the existing problems, the author put forward the improvement countermeasures. In order to promote the healthy growth of migrant children and improve the effectiveness of education. This paper is divided into three parts:. The first part is a survey of the learning habits of migrant workers' children in Jinan. It mainly adopts the method of questionnaire and interview to study habits before class. Four aspects of classroom learning habits, after-school learning habits and other learning habits were investigated and analyzed, and the questionnaire needs in-depth understanding of the relevant teachers and students were interviewed. To understand some of the underlying causes behind the phenomenon. The second part is the analysis of the problems and their causes in the learning habits of migrant workers' children in Jinan. In view of the problems in the students' learning habits, through the in-depth analysis of the specific results obtained in the course of the research. The author found that the main factors affecting the study habits of migrant workers' children are as follows: learning motivation, learning interest, will quality, family situation. In view of the above main factors affecting the study habits of migrant workers' children, the author thinks that the society, teachers, parents and students should work together. To promote the cultivation of students' good study habits. The third part is to Jinan migrant children to form good study habits, mainly from the society, teachers, students and parents and other aspects of specific recommendations. The purpose of this paper is to help the children of migrant workers to form good study habits and promote their healthy and happy growth.
