【摘要】：目的考察軍醫(yī)大學(xué)新生集訓(xùn)應(yīng)激后成長及影響因素。方法 2011年某軍醫(yī)大學(xué)新生入學(xué)集訓(xùn)1個月后,采用Connor-Davidson回彈力問卷(CD-RISC)、應(yīng)激后成長問卷(PTGI)、情緒調(diào)節(jié)方式問卷(ERS)、積極情感消極情感量表(PANAS)和情緒調(diào)節(jié)量表(ERQ)對來自不同地區(qū)的137名軍校新生進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果①軍校大學(xué)新生集訓(xùn)應(yīng)激后成長與心理彈性(r=0.611,P0.01)、抑制調(diào)節(jié)(r=0.309,P0.01)、宣泄調(diào)節(jié)(r=0.333,P0.01)、正性情緒(r=0.588,P0.01)和認(rèn)知重評(r=0.372,P0.01)顯著正相關(guān),與負(fù)性情緒顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.204,P0.05)。②軍醫(yī)大學(xué)新生應(yīng)激后成長高分組在心理彈性、抑制/宣泄調(diào)節(jié)、正性情緒和認(rèn)知重評得分上顯著高于低分組(P0.05,P0.01)。③軍醫(yī)大學(xué)新生的心理彈性、抑制調(diào)節(jié)、正性情緒和認(rèn)知重評能較好地預(yù)測應(yīng)激后成長,解釋率為53%。④心理彈性、抑制調(diào)節(jié)、正性情緒和認(rèn)知重評直接正性影響應(yīng)激后成長,且抑制調(diào)節(jié)、正性情緒和認(rèn)知重評還可通過心理彈性間接正性影響應(yīng)激后成長。結(jié)論心理彈性、抑制/宣泄調(diào)節(jié)、正/負(fù)性情緒和認(rèn)知重評與應(yīng)激后成長密切相關(guān),且心理彈性、抑制調(diào)節(jié)、正性情緒和認(rèn)知重評是應(yīng)激后成長的重要影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the growth and influencing factors of freshmen in military medical university after intensive training in 2011. Methods one month after enrolling in a military medical university in 2011. The Connor-Davidson resilience questionnaire was used to assess the resilience of the patients, the growth after stress questionnaire and the emotion regulation style questionnaire were used. Positive Affective and negative emotion scale (PANASS) and emotional Regulation scale (EQ). 137 freshmen from different regions were investigated. Results 1 the growth and psychological resilience of freshmen in military colleges were 0.611 after intensive training. P0.01A, P 0.01A, P 0.01C, P 0.01A, P 0.01C, P 0.01A, P 0.01C, P 0.01A, P 0.01C, 0.309N, 0.309P0.01P, 0.588, 0.333P0.01a, respectively. There was a significant positive correlation between P0.01) and cognitive reassessment (0.372P0.01), and a negative correlation with negative emotion (r-0.204). P0.052.The scores of psychological resilience, inhibition / catharsis regulation, positive emotion and cognitive reassessment in the high score group of the freshmen after stress were significantly higher than those in the low group (P0.05). P0.013.The psychological elasticity, inhibition regulation, positive emotion and cognitive reassessment of the freshmen in military medical university could predict the growth after stress, and the explanation rate was 53.4, which inhibited the regulation. Positive emotion and cognitive reassessment can directly affect the growth after stress and inhibit regulation. Positive emotion and cognitive reassessment can also affect the growth of stress indirectly through psychological elasticity. Inhibition / catharsis regulation, positive / negative emotion and cognitive reassessment were closely related to the growth after stress, and psychological elasticity, inhibition regulation, positive emotion and cognitive re-evaluation were important factors influencing the growth after stress.
