大學(xué)生的寬恕水平對(duì)憤怒表達(dá)及心理健康的影響

【摘要】:目的探討大學(xué)生的寬恕水平對(duì)憤怒表達(dá)及心理健康的影響。方法使用人際侵犯動(dòng)機(jī)問卷(TR IM-18)、狀態(tài)特質(zhì)憤怒表達(dá)問卷-2(STAX I-2)及一般健康問卷(GHQ-28)對(duì)隨機(jī)抽取的248名在校大學(xué)生進(jìn)行測(cè)試,運(yùn)用獨(dú)立t檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果男女生的人際侵犯動(dòng)機(jī)及寬恕水平無顯著差異;低寬恕組的狀態(tài)怒、特質(zhì)怒、內(nèi)向怒和外向怒都高于高寬恕組的(P0.05),而在憤怒控制方面卻低于高寬恕組(t=-3.676,P0.05);低寬恕組的心理健康水平低于高寬恕組的(t=4.065,P0.05)。結(jié)論寬恕確實(shí)影響憤怒表達(dá)和心理健康,可以通過寬恕干預(yù),改善憤怒表達(dá),以提高大學(xué)生的心理健康水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of forgiveness level on anger expression and mental health in college students. Methods interpersonal aggression motivation questionnaire (TRIM-18) was used. State trait anger expression questionnaire (-2STAX I-2) and General Health questionnaire (GHQ-28) were used to test 248 randomly selected college students. Results there was no significant difference in interpersonal aggression motivation and forgiveness level between male and female students. The state anger, trait anger, introversion anger and extroversion anger in the low forgiveness group were higher than those in the high forgiveness group, but the anger control was lower than that in the high forgiveness group. The mental health level of low forgiveness group was lower than that of high forgiveness group. Conclusion forgiveness does affect anger expression and mental health, and can improve anger expression through forgiveness intervention. In order to improve the mental health of college students.
