【摘要】：隨著信息時代的到來，以互聯(lián)網技術為代表的新科技在教育領域掀起一場新的革命。教育領域的各個要素都被賦予了新的時代特征，特別是在高等教育領域，社會對人才培養(yǎng)提出了更高的要求。因此，無論從教育教學、學術科研、行政管理等方面，深層次改革刻不容緩。作為高校教育改革的先行者，，教師隊伍的整體素質決定著教育改革的成敗，同時也制約著教育改革的推行進程。特別在教育信息化的變革時期，國家、社會對承擔著教書育人工作的教師提出了更高的要求，要求教師革新教育觀念，增強教育技術能力，提高網絡教學素養(yǎng)等。 在這種局勢下，本研究借助企業(yè)管理領域中的“勝任力”概念，結合我國《高校教師教育技術能力指南》中對高校教師提出的一些具體要求，引入了“高校教師網絡教學勝任力”的概念。在此基礎上，本研究通過文獻研究構建出高校教師網絡教學勝任力模型，并通過專家的預測和對部分高校學生訪談對模型進行補充。同時，對勝任力模型進行驗證，確定勝任力模型具有一定的區(qū)分度，即能夠被有效地應用在網絡教學教師選拔、在職教師網絡教學績效評估及網絡教學技能培訓中。 本文將網絡教學的含義界定在“利用網絡輔助或實施教學”的意義層面上。同時，本文在詳細闡述教師網絡教學素養(yǎng)、高校教師教育技術能力及教師勝任力的內涵和相關理論的基礎上，通過文獻分析從知識、技能、態(tài)度和價值觀三個維度總結出高校教師網絡教學勝任力模型的一些具體指標，基本構建出高校教師網絡教學勝任力的理論模型。 為了完善勝任力模型，本文借助專家意見法、訪談法驗證勝任力理論模型的科學性，以及預測、挖掘更核心的勝任力特征。為了將理論與實踐相結合，本研究通過向部分高校教師發(fā)放調查問卷以驗證模型的有效性。通過理論研究和實際調查，本文針對勝任力模型的功能進行簡單探討和說明，以期對高校教師的專業(yè)化發(fā)展提供些許幫助。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the information age, the new technology represented by the Internet technology has set off a new revolution in the field of education. All elements of the field of education have been endowed with new characteristics of the times, especially in the field of higher education. Therefore, from the aspects of education and teaching, academic research, administration and so on, the deep level reform is urgent. As the forerunner of the education reform in colleges and universities, the society has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of talents. The overall quality of teachers determines the success or failure of education reform, but also restricts the implementation process of education reform. The society has put forward higher requirements to teachers who undertake the task of teaching and educating people, which requires teachers to innovate their educational concepts, strengthen their educational technical ability, and improve their network teaching literacy, and so on. In this situation, with the help of the concept of "competence" in the field of enterprise management, this study combines some specific requirements for university teachers in our country's "Guide to Teachers' Educational Technical competence". This paper introduces the concept of "college teachers' network teaching competence". On the basis of this, this study constructs a model of university teachers' network teaching competence through literature research. And through the prediction of experts and interviews with some college students to supplement the model. At the same time, to verify the competency model, determine the competency model has a certain degree of distinction. It can be effectively applied to the selection of online teaching teachers, the evaluation of in-service teachers' network teaching performance and the training of network teaching skills. This paper defines the meaning of network teaching at the level of "using network to assist or implement teaching". At the same time, this paper expounds the teachers' network teaching literacy in detail. On the basis of the connotation and relevant theories of teachers' educational technical ability and competence in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the knowledge and skills through literature analysis. The three dimensions of attitude and values sum up some specific indicators of college teachers' network teaching competency model, and construct the theoretical model of college teachers' network teaching competence. In order to perfect the competency model, this paper verifies the scientific nature of the competency theory model with the help of expert opinion and interview method, and predicts and excavates the more core competency characteristics, in order to combine theory with practice. Through the theoretical research and practical investigation, this paper simply discusses and explains the function of competency model. In order to provide some help to the professional development of university teachers.
