【摘要】：完美主義（Perfectionism）是一種人格特質(zhì)，它力求能夠高標準地完成任務，，并且伴隨批判性自我評估傾向。完美主義者更多地表現(xiàn)為低自我效能感，猶豫不決，有過高標準和要求以及對別人的過分苛刻。這些表現(xiàn)會導致完美主義者人際關系的緊張和消極回避的體驗，并容易焦慮和敏感。 箱庭療法是一種將游戲療法和分析心理學相結(jié)合的心理治療方法，同時也具有診斷鑒別的作用。本研究對完美主義大學生使用箱庭療法進行鑒別和干預。研究包括兩個方面，一是問卷調(diào)查法篩選出完美主義的被試，用箱庭療法探討其箱庭作品特征；二是利用箱庭對消極完美主義的被試進行干預，檢驗干預的有效性。 研究結(jié)果表明： （1）總體來說，完美主義大學生組的箱庭作品與對照組在制作時間、移動次數(shù)、創(chuàng)傷主題、動沙情況、自我像個數(shù)、使用玩具的總數(shù)上存在差異； （2）完美主義大學生組的初始箱庭作品特征具體表現(xiàn)為：呈現(xiàn)較多的限制和攻擊主題，在忽視和混亂主題上明顯少于對照組；動沙的次數(shù)較多，動沙的幅度比較大；自我像的個數(shù)明顯少于對照組；制作箱庭所用的時間比較長；移動的次數(shù)也比較多。 （3）箱庭療法能夠減少完美主義大學生的猶豫時間和回避體驗，并能夠促進其人際關系的改善，有良好的干預效果。
[Abstract]:Perfectionism is a personality trait that strives to accomplish tasks with high standards. Along with the tendency of critical self-assessment, perfectionists are more likely to show low self-efficacy and hesitancy. There are too high standards and requirements and being too harsh on others. These behaviors can lead to perfectionist interpersonal tension and negative avoidance experiences, and are prone to anxiety and sensitivity. Box therapy is a kind of psychotherapy which combines game therapy with analytical psychology. At the same time, it also has the role of diagnosis and differentiation. This study used box therapy to identify and intervene the perfectionism college students. The research includes two aspects, one is the questionnaire method to screen out the perfectionism of the subjects. To explore the characteristics of his works with box therapy; The second is to test the effectiveness of the intervention by using the chamber to intervene the subjects of negative perfectionism. The results show that: 1) in general, there were differences in production time, movement times, trauma theme, moving sand, number of self-images and the total number of toys used between the perfectionism college students group and the control group. (2) the characteristics of the original chamber works of the perfectionism college students group are as follows: there are more limitation and attack themes than the control group in neglect and confusion; The frequency of sand movement is more, and the range of sediment movement is larger. The number of self-image was significantly less than that of the control group. It takes a long time to make the chamber; The number of moves is also more. 3) the box court therapy can reduce the hesitant time and avoidance experience of the perfectionist college students, and can promote the improvement of their interpersonal relations, and has a good intervention effect.
