生態(tài)教學理論指導下的研究生《英語教學法》課程設計研究

  《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》要求加大對教師的培訓力度,努力造就一支相對穩(wěn)定、有高尚思想道德品質、較高科學文化素質的教師隊伍。《英語教學法》課程是高校英語研究生準備從事英語教育的必修課程,也是英語教師職業(yè)培訓的核心內容之一,該課程設計合理與否直接關系到未來英語教師的發(fā)展及其綜合素質的培養(yǎng)。然而,絕大多數(shù)的研究都是圍繞如何講授教學方法,對于該課程的設計是否合理,是否滿足學生的需求關注較少。本研究把生態(tài)教學理論與英語課程設計理論相結合,應用到《英語教學法》課程設計中,從而,更加合理地構建英語教學法課程設計模式。本研究以需求分析為切入點,以生態(tài)教學理論為指導,以省內外12所院校英語專業(yè)研究生及部分老師為研究對象,通過問卷和訪談的形式調查省內外高校《英語教學法》課程設計的現(xiàn)狀及學生的需求;以定量分析和定性分析為研究方法,對調查結果進行收集、匯總和分析,提出高校英語專業(yè)研究生《英語教學法》課程設計的新模式。調查結果顯示:大多數(shù)高校的碩士研究生《英語教學法》課程設計不是很合理,不能滿足學生的目標需求和學習需求。主要體現(xiàn)在以下五方面:教學目的不夠明確;教學內容缺乏新穎性...
