【摘要】：正學(xué)者往往以學(xué)問或智慧立足,但我們不能因此小視職場情商之于學(xué)者的重要。學(xué)者的情商具有一種超越學(xué)問和智慧的價(jià)值和力量,具有一種特殊的人格魅力,是一種具有無形召喚和引領(lǐng)作用的引力,讓人心向往之,從而喚起人們發(fā)自心底的對(duì)于學(xué)者的景仰與敬重,對(duì)人們產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)大的精神感召和潛移默化的深刻影響。
[Abstract]:Positive scholars often rely on knowledge or wisdom, but we should not underestimate the importance of workplace emotional quotient to scholars. The emotional quotient of a scholar has a kind of value and strength beyond knowledge and wisdom, a special personality charm, a kind of attraction with invisible calling and leading function. In order to arouse people's admiration and respect for scholars from the bottom of their hearts, it has a powerful spiritual appeal and profound influence on people.
