讀經(jīng)問題及中小學(xué)讀經(jīng)現(xiàn)象研究

【摘要】: 語文在構(gòu)筑學(xué)生的精神世界、提升學(xué)生的人文素質(zhì)方面擔(dān)負(fù)著至關(guān)重要的作用。傳統(tǒng)文化的內(nèi)涵往往潛藏于語文教材中,文言和詩歌作品是中國古代精英文化的結(jié)晶,為時人精神物化的產(chǎn)品,具有極為豐厚的精神內(nèi)涵。 上世紀(jì)末開始中華大地掀起了一股轟轟烈烈的讀經(jīng)熱潮,中國青基會與文化委員會組織專家學(xué)者編輯了《中華古詩文讀本》啟動了“中華古詩文誦讀工程”。人稱為“當(dāng)代大儒”的蔣慶興建“陽明精舍”,編撰了一套12冊的《中華文化經(jīng)典基礎(chǔ)教育誦本》,讀經(jīng)活動轟轟烈烈的開展起來。熱潮興起之時,論爭也隨之而來。有人認(rèn)為時代進步,讀經(jīng)的意義已不大。經(jīng)書中的古老內(nèi)容無益于培育現(xiàn)代公民。還有人認(rèn)為背誦的方式無益于創(chuàng)造思維,讀經(jīng)這種教育方式就是徹底的“蒙昧主義”。這些針鋒相對的論爭都緣于對文化和教育的思索,值得我們從歷史和現(xiàn)實的各個角度去細(xì)細(xì)研究思考。 中國語文一直重視古文經(jīng)典的教學(xué),雖頗多曲折,卻是薪火相傳,一脈相承。古代教育中,讀經(jīng)是教育主流。無論在哪一個歷史時期,人們都十分注重對前代文化的學(xué)習(xí)和繼承。近代教育,新思潮涌現(xiàn),讀經(jīng)引來了諸多批評。20世紀(jì)初,清政府實行“新政”,西方教育制度開始傳入中國,反對讀經(jīng)一時成為潮流。1949年中華人民共和國成立后,加大了文化教育的力度。但在十年“文革”期間,整個教育遭到了嚴(yán)重破壞,古典教育更是少人問津。80年代以后,隨著中國教育的“春風(fēng)吹又生”,古典教育才又成為各級各類學(xué)校語文教育的重要內(nèi)容。 近年來“讀經(jīng)潮”興起,這并非單純復(fù)古式的偶然而是有其深層的精神原因。文化是一個民族的脊梁,要延續(xù)中國文脈,恢復(fù)近代以來喪失的中華文化的高度自信,提高民族文化素質(zhì),都需要重振國學(xué),激活中國人學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)造力。中國近十年來的人文危機表現(xiàn)在它的大大小小的一些道義的危機、公正的危機以及合法性的喪失。事實證明,經(jīng)典文化雖然開掘不出現(xiàn)代化因素,但它可以參與到現(xiàn)代化之中,為道德教化和化解現(xiàn)代社會的心靈危機提供一個重要的精神資源。隨著全球化時代的到來,我們的民族文化受到了“西化”的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),在與強勢文化的爭奪中,放棄自身固有的傳統(tǒng)文化就意味著全盤西化,就意味著放棄自己的優(yōu)勢。從這個意義上來講,振興國學(xué),也是實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的需要。對中小學(xué)生而言,中小學(xué)課程導(dǎo)向?qū)ψx經(jīng)活動的推動有著重大意義。在中小學(xué)語文教育中,古代詩文教學(xué)也越來越占有重要的地位。依據(jù)新大綱的基本精神,中小學(xué)也相應(yīng)加大了文學(xué)教育的分量。 近年來,“讀經(jīng)”活動在中小學(xué)生中如火如荼的開展起來,但在這股熱潮中我們也需要冷靜的看待其中出現(xiàn)的問題。首先是讀經(jīng)的內(nèi)容應(yīng)如何選擇吸收,目前選編的少兒讀經(jīng)
