阿富汗霍斯特市大學生社交媒體成癮的定量研究

本研究調查了阿富汗霍斯特市大學生的社交媒體成癮現(xiàn)象。本研究旨在確定學生在一定的時間間隔內使用社交媒體最多的平臺,以及他們使用這些社交媒體平臺的目的。本研究的主要目的是檢驗社交媒體成癮是否存在,以及成癮程度如何。樣本量是由阿富汗霍斯特市謝赫·扎耶德(Shaikh Zayed)大學、帕米爾(Pamir)大學和艾哈邁德·沙阿·阿卜杜利(Ahmad Shah Abdali)大學等三所大學的384名學生計算得出的。本研究采用概率分層隨機抽樣的方法,向參與者發(fā)放了一份35個問題的問卷。本文復制和擴展了金伯利·楊博士的網(wǎng)絡成癮測試法(IAT),以測量學生中的社交媒體成癮現(xiàn)象。本研究以使用與滿足與媒介系統(tǒng)依賴理論為理論框架。調查結果顯示,在所有在線平臺中,Facebook是使用頻率最高的社交媒體平臺。社交媒體被用于社交目的,主要是獲取新聞和維持關系。除此之外,研究還發(fā)現(xiàn),社交媒體成癮在受訪者中存在不同程度的存在。在不考慮不考慮政治穩(wěn)定、文化水平低、經(jīng)濟疲軟和沖突等情況下,該研究在阿富汗類欠發(fā)達國家證實了兩種理論。
