研究生翻譯思辨意識與翻譯能力的相關(guān)性研究

本研究根據(jù)思辨能力的相關(guān)理論及英語翻譯思辨能力維度量表設(shè)計(jì)出了翻譯思辨意識調(diào)查問卷。對研究生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查、設(shè)計(jì)英漢互譯試題并讓其在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)進(jìn)行英漢互譯測試、設(shè)計(jì)訪談問題并對訪談對象進(jìn)行訪談。該問卷與翻譯實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,旨在探討翻譯思辨意識的定義及構(gòu)成成分,考察性別、專業(yè)對翻譯思辨意識的影響,并進(jìn)一步研究翻譯思辨意識與翻譯能力之間的相關(guān)性。本研究所提出的假設(shè)為:翻譯思辨意識與英漢互譯水平存在相關(guān)性。通過驗(yàn)證這個(gè)假設(shè)筆者將探尋如下問題:1.研究生總體翻譯思辨意識如何?2.不同專業(yè)是否對翻譯思辨意識有影響?3.不同性別是否對翻譯思辨意識有影響?研究結(jié)果顯示,總體上受試者的五個(gè)因子與其英譯漢、漢譯英的成績成顯著正相關(guān),受試者的翻譯思辨意識與其雙語互譯水平成正相關(guān),與翻譯能力成正相關(guān)。研究還表明,英語專業(yè)研究生的翻譯思辨意識在總體上高于理工科研究生的翻譯思辨意識;女生的翻譯思辨意識總體上略高于男生;此外,組間比較結(jié)果顯示性別和專業(yè)之間也存有一定的差異。這些發(fā)現(xiàn)可為翻譯實(shí)踐和翻譯教學(xué)提供一些啟示。但是,專業(yè)和性別之間同時(shí)存在交互作用,其交互作用的機(jī)制仍有待進(jìn)一步探討。
