職前英語教師新課程觀的研究

隨著2017年核心素養(yǎng)版的英語新課程改革的實行,教育者們提出了更多符合實際且更有利于培養(yǎng)學生各方面能力的要求。作為推進新課程改革的強勁動力,職前英語教師不斷接觸到最新的教育理論與思想,并受益于將理論運用于實踐這一教育實習過程。通過研究職前英語教師課程觀與其教學實踐,我們可以更好地了解兩者的一致程度以及從課程觀到教學實踐的發(fā)展過程,并為后續(xù)的相關(guān)研究提供思路與啟示。本個案研究將三位英語教育碩士作為研究對象,通過訪談與課堂觀察的方法來回答以下三個問題:1)新課程改革背景下,職前英語教師課程觀的特征是怎樣的?2)新課程改革背景下,職前英語教師課程觀與其教學實踐之間的一致程度是怎樣的?3)職前英語教師課程觀到教學實踐的發(fā)展過程是怎樣的?通過研究,筆者得出了以下發(fā)現(xiàn):1)不同職前英語教師的課程觀在一定程度上相似,但在細節(jié)上仍存在差異。2)總的來說,新課程改革背景下,職前英語教師課程觀與其教學實踐之間的一致程度較高。其中,職前英語教師的課程目標觀,內(nèi)容觀,實施觀與其教學實踐較為一致。職前英語教師的課程設(shè)計觀與評價觀與其教學實踐較為不一致。3)職前英語教師課程觀發(fā)展到教學實踐的過程經(jīng)歷了兩個階段。第...
