來華留學生危機事件誘因與防范管理策略研究——以重慶九所高校為例

【摘要】:本研究對重慶九所高校抽樣的433名留學生實施問卷調(diào)查,輔以觀察法、訪談法、文獻法等進行資料梳理和數(shù)據(jù)分析。結(jié)果顯示,超過半數(shù)的留學生擁有"文化訴求心理、跨國生活追求、經(jīng)濟衡量標準"三類來華留學初衷,以"文化訴求心理"最為突出;留學生生活學習壓力以"活動參與及經(jīng)濟承受壓力"最為突出,環(huán)境適應(yīng)、日常交往、應(yīng)對學業(yè)、文化融合、生活自理壓力依次緊隨;谡{(diào)研結(jié)果將誘因歸納為四個方面:來華理想與現(xiàn)實間存在落差感;日常生活存在孤獨感;經(jīng)濟、學業(yè)、文化融合存在窘迫感;人身財產(chǎn)信仰存在無助感。本研究提出四項防范管理策略:新生入學教育普及化、生活學業(yè)及心理幫扶常態(tài)化、融入意識歸屬感培養(yǎng)日常化、管理統(tǒng)籌及教育教學專業(yè)化。
[Abstract]:In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 433 foreign students from nine colleges and universities in Chongqing, supplemented by observation method, interview method, literature method and so on. The results show that more than half of the foreign students have the original intention of "cultural appeal psychology, transnational life pursuit and economic measurement standard" to study in China, and the "cultural appeal psychology" is the most prominent, and the life and learning pressure of foreign students is the most prominent, followed by "activity participation and economic pressure", environmental adaptation, daily communication, academic integration and self-care pressure. Based on the research results, the inducement is summarized into four aspects: the sense of difference between the ideal and reality of coming to China; the sense of loneliness in daily life; the sense of embarrassment in the integration of economy, study and culture; and the sense of helplessness in personal and property beliefs. This study puts forward four preventive management strategies: the popularization of freshmen's entrance education, the normalization of life, academic and psychological support, the daily cultivation of awareness of belonging, the overall planning of management and the specialization of education and teaching.
