【摘要】：基于中國居民收入項目調(diào)查提供的CHIP數(shù)據(jù),利用明瑟收益方程,采用Heckman兩階段樣本選擇模型,實證探討了高等教育大眾化對城鎮(zhèn)居民教育收益的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):教育水平與個體收入間存在著正相關(guān),城鎮(zhèn)居民受教育程度的逐級增長推動著個體收入水平的提高;由于樣本選擇偏差與遺漏變量的存在,致使OLS對教育收益的估計,存在著向上與向下兩種情形的估計偏誤,控制性別、民族、行業(yè)性質(zhì)等個體特征差異后,城鎮(zhèn)居民的整體教育收益率由大眾化前的19%,增至大眾化后的37.8%;高教規(guī)模擴張帶來的勞動力市場持續(xù)供給,并未引致高等教育的私人收益率下降,大學(xué)教育收益率由13.9%上升到了16.43%;工作經(jīng)驗的積累、人職匹配以及進(jìn)入勞動力市場的時間順延,是研究生人力資本收益率略微回落至12.23%的動因。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了實現(xiàn)研究生教育收益最大化的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the CHIP data provided by the survey of Chinese residents' income items, using Minther's income equation and Heckman two-stage sample selection model, this paper empirically discusses the influence of the popularization of higher education on the educational income of urban residents. It is found that there is a positive correlation between the education level and the individual income, and the gradual increase of the educational level of the urban residents promotes the improvement of the individual income level. Due to the existence of sample selection deviation and missing variables, OLS's estimation of educational income is biased in both upward and downward situations. After controlling the differences in gender, nationality, industry nature and other individual characteristics, the overall rate of return on education of urban residents has increased from 19% before popularization to 37.8% after popularization. The continuous supply of labor market caused by the expansion of higher education scale has not led to the decline of private rate of return on higher education, the rate of return on university education has risen from 13.9% to 16.43%. The accumulation of work experience, the matching of people and posts and the delay of time to enter the labor market are the reasons why the rate of return on human capital of graduate students has dropped slightly to 12.23%. On this basis, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to maximize the income of graduate education.
