【摘要】：地方普通本科院校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展是深化我國高等教育供給側(cè)改革、破解高等教育結(jié)構(gòu)性難題的深層次變革。其主要實(shí)踐路徑是:突破傳統(tǒng)格局,進(jìn)行多樣化探索;明晰人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和規(guī)格,重視內(nèi)涵發(fā)展和師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提高應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量;處理好學(xué)科與專業(yè)、職業(yè)教育與普通教育以及政府、高校與市場(chǎng)的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The transformation and development of local ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities is a deep-seated reform to deepen the supply-side reform of higher education and solve the structural problems of higher education. The main practical paths are: break through the traditional pattern, explore diversification, clarify the objectives and specifications of talent training, attach importance to the development of connotation and the construction of teaching staff, improve the quality of applied talent training, and deal with the relationship between discipline and specialty, vocational education and general education, as well as the relationship between government, colleges and universities and the market.
