【摘要】：針對當(dāng)前大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)過程中存在的項目內(nèi)容單一、欠缺活動反思、項目活動碎片化以及缺乏保障機制等問題,2015年6月,溫州市委聯(lián)合溫州市委宣傳部、市教育局、團(tuán)市委以溫州市12所高校為試點,自上而下推動高校新青年下鄉(xiāng)志愿服務(wù)活動,通過加強志愿服務(wù)與專業(yè)服務(wù)相融合、創(chuàng)新服務(wù)內(nèi)容、規(guī)范化管理以及整合社會資源等途徑,構(gòu)建高校志愿服務(wù)社會支持體系,促進(jìn)高校志愿服務(wù)向制度化、常態(tài)化、體系化方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the process of college students' voluntary service, such as single content, lack of reflection on activities, fragmentation of project activities and lack of guarantee mechanism, in June 2015, Wenzhou Municipal Committee, in conjunction with the propaganda Department of Wenzhou Municipal Committee and the Municipal Bureau of Education, Taking 12 colleges and universities in Wenzhou as a pilot project, the Communist Party Committee promoted the voluntary service activities of new young people in colleges and universities from top to bottom, through strengthening the integration of voluntary service and professional service, creating new service content, standardizing management and integrating social resources, and so on. To construct the social support system of voluntary service in colleges and universities, and to promote the development of voluntary service in colleges and universities in the direction of institutionalization, normalizing and systematization.
