【摘要】：[目的/意義]發(fā)現(xiàn)研究數(shù)據(jù)管理服務(wù)的共性特征和識別優(yōu)先發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,為中國高校開展研究數(shù)據(jù)管理服務(wù)選擇合適的發(fā)展模式提供建議。[方法/過程]文章提出研究數(shù)據(jù)管理發(fā)展的三維概念模型RDM4D,基于此分析框架對英國羅素集團(tuán)所屬大學(xué)研究數(shù)據(jù)管理網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行實(shí)證調(diào)研和質(zhì)性分析。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]研究數(shù)據(jù)管理服務(wù)已經(jīng)成為英國高等教育機(jī)構(gòu)必備的普遍實(shí)踐。確定數(shù)據(jù)管理服務(wù)的4個關(guān)鍵過程域和21個關(guān)鍵實(shí)踐,識別核心服務(wù)和優(yōu)先發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,探討中國開展研究數(shù)據(jù)管理實(shí)踐面臨的問題。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to find out the common characteristics of research data management service and identify the priority development strategy, and to provide suggestions for Chinese colleges and universities to choose the appropriate development mode for research data management service. [methods / process] this paper puts forward a three-dimensional conceptual model RDM4D, which studies the development of data management. Based on this analysis framework, this paper makes an empirical investigation and qualitative analysis on the research data management website of universities affiliated to Russell Group in the United Kingdom. [results / conclusion] Research data management service has become a necessary and common practice in British higher education institutions. Four key process areas and 21 key practices of data management services are identified, core services and priority development strategies are identified, and the problems faced by China in carrying out research data management practices are discussed.
