【摘要】："雙一流"高校的建設(shè)意味著國(guó)家要打造一批能夠沖進(jìn)國(guó)際前列的頂尖學(xué)府,而教學(xué)管理人員是高校教學(xué)、科研活動(dòng)的管理者與服務(wù)者,必須要緊緊圍繞著"雙一流"院校建設(shè)的需求來開展教學(xué)管理工作�；诖�,文章闡述了"雙一流"院校建設(shè)的概念和基本任務(wù),分析了在"雙一流"院校建設(shè)需求下高校教學(xué)管理人員需要具備的基本素質(zhì),并著重對(duì)"雙一流"院校建設(shè)下教學(xué)管理人員素質(zhì)的提升策略進(jìn)行探析。
[Abstract]:The construction of "double first-class" colleges and universities means that the country should build a group of top universities that can rush into the forefront of the world, and the teaching managers are the managers and service providers of teaching and scientific research activities in colleges and universities. It is necessary to carry out teaching management closely around the needs of the construction of "double first-class" colleges and universities. Based on this, this paper expounds the concept and basic tasks of the construction of "double first-class" colleges and universities, and analyzes the basic qualities that the teaching managers of colleges and universities need to possess under the needs of the construction of "double first-class" colleges and universities. It also focuses on the strategy of improving the quality of teaching managers under the construction of "double first-class" colleges and universities.
