【摘要】：研究高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的實踐育人機制意義重大,學(xué)習(xí)其他國家世界一流大學(xué)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的成功經(jīng)驗有利于我國造就富有創(chuàng)新精神、敢于承擔(dān)風(fēng)險的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才隊伍。美國加州3所知名高校從創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程、校友支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)、創(chuàng)業(yè)協(xié)會和組織以及學(xué)校政策等方面構(gòu)成良好的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)育人機制。這些成功經(jīng)驗對我國高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育起到積極的借鑒作用,可以從人才培養(yǎng)頂層設(shè)計、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)課程、實踐育人的內(nèi)生活力、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)生態(tài)圈等方面優(yōu)化我國高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的實踐育人機制。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to study the practical education mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Learning from the successful experience of innovation and entrepreneurship education in world-class universities in other countries is helpful for our country to bring up innovative talents who are full of innovative spirit and dare to bear the risks. Three well-known colleges and universities in California form a good mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education from the aspects of innovation and entrepreneurship education courses, alumni support network, entrepreneurship associations and organizations, as well as school policies. These successful experiences can be used as a positive reference for the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in our country, which can be used for reference from the top-level design of personnel training, the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum, and the practice of educating people. The ecological circle of innovation and entrepreneurship should optimize the practical education mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China.
