【摘要】：由創(chuàng)客運動帶來的教育變革在高等教育領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)生深刻影響。目前國內(nèi)高校開展創(chuàng)客教育存在著創(chuàng)客空間老舊封閉、師資團隊角色轉(zhuǎn)化困難、創(chuàng)客教學(xué)設(shè)計單一、培養(yǎng)方式功利、激勵機制低效、文化環(huán)境保守等問題。高校搭建創(chuàng)客教育平臺可以從高校創(chuàng)客空間的打造、創(chuàng)客導(dǎo)師的角色重構(gòu)、創(chuàng)客教學(xué)的強化、創(chuàng)客評估體系的完善以及創(chuàng)客文化的培育等方面著手。
[Abstract]:The educational reform brought about by the founder movement has a profound influence in the field of higher education. At present, there are some problems existing in the development of creative education in colleges and universities in China, such as the closure of creative space, the difficulty of transforming the role of teachers' team, the singleness of creative teaching design, the utility of training methods, the low efficiency of incentive mechanism, the conservative cultural environment, and so on. It is possible to set up a creative education platform in colleges and universities from the following aspects: the creation of the creative space, the reconstruction of the role of the creative mentor, the strengthening of the creative teaching, the perfection of the creative evaluation system and the cultivation of the creative culture and so on.
