【摘要】：職場關(guān)鍵能力是大學生成功就業(yè)和順利轉(zhuǎn)型為職場人的必要條件。本文通過分析大學生職場關(guān)鍵能力不足的表現(xiàn)和影響,指出回歸"以人為本"的素質(zhì)教育在職場關(guān)鍵能力培養(yǎng)中的重要性。提出了以"完滿教育"為核心的適應(yīng)職場需求的素質(zhì)教育體系構(gòu)建,從頂層設(shè)計、理念革新、師資隊伍、教學改革、制度建設(shè)等方面形成與社會的接軌、與生活的關(guān)聯(lián),給學生更多的自由空間和獨立擔當?shù)娜滤刭|(zhì)教育培養(yǎng)模式,常態(tài)化和全面化地提升學生的職場關(guān)鍵能力。
[Abstract]:The key competence in the workplace is the necessary condition for the successful employment and the smooth transition of college students to the workplace. Based on the analysis of the performance and influence of college students' lack of key competence in the workplace, this paper points out the importance of returning to "people-oriented" quality education in the cultivation of key competence in the workplace. This paper puts forward the construction of a quality-oriented education system with the core of "perfect education" to meet the needs of the workplace. From the aspects of top-level design, innovation of ideas, teaching staff, teaching reform, system construction and so on, it forms the connection with society and life, and so on. Give students more free space and independent responsibility of the new quality-oriented education training model, normalize and comprehensively promote students' key skills in the workplace.
