【摘要】：學(xué)生事務(wù)管理作為高校管理的重要組成部分,其優(yōu)劣好壞事關(guān)高校育人質(zhì)量的高低,是高校人才培養(yǎng)的重要途徑和支撐,對高等教育的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重要影響。在國家大政方針的支持和各級政府、各類高校的積極探索努力下,近年我國的高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理取得了可喜的成績,但與發(fā)達國家高校管理之間的差距還是不容忽視的,仍需我們不斷總結(jié)經(jīng)驗,汲取精華,實現(xiàn)本土化創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。當前,面對“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”時代信息化的沖擊,面對高等教育發(fā)展方式改革的迫切要求,面對高等教育開放化帶來的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),面對高校學(xué)生個體自身特點變化的高需求,高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理不僅僅是一個理論性的課題,更是一個需要探索創(chuàng)新的實踐性課題。不斷促使高校找尋學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的未來,在具體的實踐過程中真正將“服務(wù)學(xué)生”和“發(fā)展學(xué)生”的理念內(nèi)化為高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理者的價值追求。通過對我國高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理與大學(xué)文化之間內(nèi)在關(guān)系的分析、整合,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)大學(xué)文化的導(dǎo)向示范、規(guī)范約束、鞭策凝聚和塑造功能對高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展發(fā)揮巨大的功用。因此,本文以大學(xué)文化的視角作為出發(fā)點,結(jié)合借鑒國內(nèi)外先進的、一流高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的相關(guān)研究,對我國高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的近況和做法做了相關(guān)的闡述,逐步得出了我國高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理目前存在的問題:學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的理念不盡科學(xué);制度文化不夠健全;管理的主體定位不夠明確;學(xué)生管理隊伍不夠?qū)I(yè)化等。在對發(fā)達國家有益經(jīng)驗和先進做法的探討、學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒過程中,結(jié)合我國高校實際運行概況,針對具體實施過程中我國高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理現(xiàn)存的問題,提出了具有本國特色的高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展路徑,即:發(fā)揮大學(xué)文化在其管理中的引領(lǐng)作用;實現(xiàn)管理理念的人本化;增加人文關(guān)懷,優(yōu)化學(xué)生事務(wù)管理制度文化建設(shè);學(xué)生管理隊伍的職業(yè)化專業(yè)化;通過建設(shè)高效便捷的智慧校園助推高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理相關(guān)不足之處的改進等。旨在探索一條適合我國高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理本土化發(fā)展的路徑。
[Abstract]:Student affairs management as an important part of university management, its merits and demerits are related to the quality of higher education, is an important way and support for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities, and has an important impact on the development of higher education. With the support of the national policies and policies, the governments at all levels, and the active exploration efforts of all kinds of colleges and universities, the management of student affairs in colleges and universities in China has made gratifying achievements in recent years, but the gap between the management of colleges and universities in developed countries cannot be ignored. Still need us to sum up experience, absorb essence, realize localization innovation development. At present, facing the impact of information technology in the Internet era, the urgent requirement of the reform of the development mode of higher education, the opportunities and challenges brought about by the opening of higher education, and the high demand of the change of individual characteristics of college students, College student affairs management is not only a theoretical subject, but also a practical subject that needs to explore and innovate. In the process of concrete practice, the concept of "serving students" and "developing students" has been internalized into the value pursuit of student affairs managers in colleges and universities. Through the analysis and integration of the internal relationship between college student affairs management and university culture in our country, we find the guiding demonstration and normative restriction of university culture. Urging cohesion and shaping function play a great role in the innovation and development of student affairs management in colleges and universities. Therefore, this paper takes the perspective of university culture as the starting point, combined with the domestic and foreign advanced, first-class university student affairs management related research, has made the related elaboration to our country university student affairs management recent situation and the practice, The existing problems of student affairs management in colleges and universities in our country are drawn: the idea of student affairs management is not scientific; The system culture is not perfect enough; the main position of management is not clear enough; the student management team is not professional and so on. In the process of discussing, learning and drawing lessons from the beneficial experiences and advanced practices of developed countries, combined with the actual operational situation of colleges and universities in our country, this paper aims at the existing problems in the management of student affairs in colleges and universities in our country during the concrete implementation process. This paper puts forward the innovation and development path of college student affairs management with the characteristics of our country, that is: exert the leading role of university culture in its management; To realize the humanistic management idea, to increase humanistic care, to optimize the construction of student affairs management system and culture, to professionalize the student management team, and to optimize the construction of student affairs management system and culture. Through the construction of efficient and convenient intelligent campus to promote the improvement of college student affairs management related deficiencies and so on. The purpose of this paper is to explore a path suitable for the localization of student affairs management in colleges and universities in China.
