【摘要】：學(xué)術(shù)人才跨國流動受學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)屬性以及世界知識體系格局變化的影響。為考察新時期中國留美學(xué)術(shù)人才的歸國意向及其影響因素,本文對美國高校的中國學(xué)者進行了問卷調(diào)查和訪談,從中美雙向推拉因素角度考察其留美行為。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),調(diào)查對象近期回國工作的意向不強,三分之一以上的人不考慮回國工作。隨著中美高等教育和科研條件差距日漸縮小,導(dǎo)致中國留美學(xué)者去留選擇的中觀與微觀因素作用凸顯。學(xué)術(shù)人才留美緣于多重因素的綜合影響,事業(yè)發(fā)展、學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)環(huán)境、人際關(guān)系、家庭因素以及移民動機構(gòu)成留美未歸的主要因素。
[Abstract]:The cross-border mobility of academic talents is influenced by the changes of academic professional attributes and the pattern of world knowledge system. In order to investigate the Chinese academic talents' intention to return to the United States and its influencing factors in the new period, this paper makes a questionnaire survey and interviews with Chinese scholars in American colleges and universities, and examines their behavior of staying in the United States from the perspective of two-way push-pull factors between China and the United States. The study found that the respondents did not intend to return to work in the near future, more than 1/3 people do not consider returning to work. With the narrowing of the gap between the higher education and scientific research conditions between China and the United States, the medium-and micro-factors of Chinese scholars' choice to stay in the United States have become more and more prominent. Academic talents stay in the United States due to the comprehensive impact of multiple factors, career development, academic professional environment, interpersonal relations, family factors and immigration motivation constitute the main factors of stay in the United States.
