【摘要】：研究生與導(dǎo)師間的關(guān)系出現(xiàn)了某種程度的上下從屬關(guān)系、雇傭勞動關(guān)系、學(xué)業(yè)指導(dǎo)關(guān)系等異化現(xiàn)象。受新科技、新文化、新媒體的影響,研究生與導(dǎo)師間的傳統(tǒng)關(guān)系受到了一定沖擊。為了適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展需求,需要對"后喻文化"背景下研究生與導(dǎo)師關(guān)系進行重構(gòu),以實現(xiàn)人格上的民主平等、科研上的合作共贏、學(xué)習上的教學(xué)相長,為提高研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量提供良好的關(guān)系基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The relationship between graduate student and tutor appears some dissimilation phenomena such as subordinate relation employment labor relation academic guidance relation and so on. Influenced by new technology, new culture and new media, the traditional relationship between graduate students and mentors has been impacted. In order to meet the needs of social development, it is necessary to reconstruct the relationship between graduate students and mentors in the context of "post-metaphor culture", in order to achieve democratic equality in personality, win-win cooperation in scientific research and mutual learning. In order to improve the quality of graduate education to provide a good relationship basis.
