重慶高等師范院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課教學(xué)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】：大學(xué)生的就業(yè)問題一直是社會關(guān)注的焦點。隨著高校擴招、對教師綜合素質(zhì)的要求不斷提高、教師聘用制的改革、教師資格考試改革等多元沖擊,給師范生的職業(yè)發(fā)展與就業(yè)帶來了新的考驗。就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課的課堂教學(xué)是推進高等師范院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作的重要途徑。對于高等師范院校而言,聚焦于就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀研究就顯得尤為迫切。本研究主要采用問卷法和訪談法,以重慶市3所高等師范院校師生為調(diào)查對象,對重慶市高等師范院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查。通過對問卷的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果和訪談情況進行分析,從而探尋重慶高等師范院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀,分析存在的問題及原因,并針對存在的問題提出解決對策,以期指導(dǎo)一線就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課教師的教學(xué),促進師范生的職業(yè)發(fā)展。第一章:緒論。本章一方面對國內(nèi)外就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課相關(guān)研究進行了簡單梳理,界定了本研究的核心概念;另一方面闡述了本文的研究背景、研究意義、研究思路和研究方法。第二章:高等師范院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課教學(xué)優(yōu)化的理論探討。本章從教學(xué)目標、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)主體、教學(xué)方法和教學(xué)評價五個方面對高等師范院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課教學(xué)優(yōu)化進行了理論探討,嘗試構(gòu)建其教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀的分析框架。第三章:重慶高等師范院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查研究。本章涉及了調(diào)查目的、調(diào)查設(shè)計與調(diào)查結(jié)果三個部分。從調(diào)查結(jié)果來看:(1)總體上重慶高等師范院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課教學(xué)處于中高水平,其中“教學(xué)目標”得分最低、教學(xué)目標達成情況不理想,教學(xué)主體得分最高;(2)重慶高等師范院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課教學(xué)總體情況及其各維度在不同年級存在顯著差異;(3)重慶高等師范院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課教學(xué)總體情況、教學(xué)目標、教學(xué)主體、教學(xué)方法和教學(xué)評價在學(xué)校類型存在顯著差異;(4)重慶高等師范院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課教學(xué)總體情況及各維度在專業(yè)類型上不存在顯著差異;(5)高等師范院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課的學(xué)時、學(xué)分與其教學(xué)目標、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)評價之間存在顯著相關(guān);(6)重慶高等師范院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課的教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)主體、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)評價與教學(xué)目標的三個維度都存在正向顯著相關(guān);教學(xué)內(nèi)容的選擇、教學(xué)方法的運用、師生課堂的參與、教學(xué)評價的多元程度直接影響著教學(xué)目標的達成度。第四章:重慶高等師范院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課教學(xué)存在的主要問題及成因分析。本章根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果,結(jié)合高等師范院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課教學(xué)的優(yōu)化理論,分析出重慶高等師范院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課教學(xué)存在的主要問題,并對其成因進行了探討。第五章:優(yōu)化重慶高等師范院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課教學(xué)的對策與建議。本章從學(xué)校的教學(xué)管理、教師專業(yè)標準的建立、課程的學(xué)科建設(shè)三個方面對重慶高等師范院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課教學(xué)優(yōu)化的外部條件進行了分析。最后基于高等師范院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課教學(xué)優(yōu)化的外部條件分析,結(jié)合其存在的問題及原因分析,提出了相應(yīng)的對策與建議。
[Abstract]:The employment of college students has always been the focus of social attention. With the expansion of the university, the requirement of the comprehensive quality of the teachers is improved, the reform of the teacher's employment system, the reform of the teacher's qualification examination and so on have brought a new test to the professional development and employment of the normal students. The classroom teaching of the course of employment guidance is an important way to promote the employment guidance in the normal colleges and universities. It is especially urgent to focus on the current situation of teaching in the course of career guidance for normal colleges and universities. This study mainly adopts the questionnaire method and the interview method, and investigates the current situation of the employment guidance course in the higher normal colleges in Chongqing, taking the teachers and students of the three normal colleges and universities in Chongqing as the subject of the investigation. Through the analysis of the data and the interview situation of the questionnaire, the present situation, the existing problems and the causes of the employment guidance course teaching in the higher normal colleges and universities in Chongqing are explored, and the solutions to the existing problems are put forward, with a view to guiding the teaching of the teachers in the first-line employment guidance course. This chapter covers the purpose of the investigation, the investigation of the three parts of the design and the investigation. The fourth chapter: the main problems and causes of the teaching of the employment guidance in the higher normal colleges in Chongqing. Based on the results of the investigation, this chapter analyzes the main problems in the teaching of the employment guidance in the higher normal college of Chongqing, and discusses the cause of the teaching. The fifth chapter: to optimize the strategies and suggestions for the teaching of the employment guidance in the higher normal colleges in Chongqing.
