當(dāng)代大學(xué)生公民意識教育的研究

【摘要】:隨著社會現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,公民意識逐漸引起社會廣泛關(guān)注。“公民”這個概念雖然進(jìn)入公眾視野的時間并不短,但由于歷史和現(xiàn)實(shí)的原因,人們對權(quán)利和義務(wù)的認(rèn)識并不完善,沒有形成完整的公民意識概念。公民意識是一種社會意識,主要是指公民對于自己國家主人地位、應(yīng)享權(quán)利和應(yīng)盡義務(wù)的自覺意識,盡管一個人在社會上擁有不同身份,但在任何時候都不能模糊自己的公民身份。公民意識教育就是為了培養(yǎng)自覺認(rèn)同和忠于國家的責(zé)任公民,我國公民意識教育雖然起步晚,但國家對此卻尤為重視,黨的十七大和十八大都強(qiáng)調(diào)了要加強(qiáng)公民意識教育,推進(jìn)公民道德建設(shè),因而在現(xiàn)階段進(jìn)行公民意識教育顯得尤為必要。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生作為未來社會發(fā)展的中堅力量,不僅要掌握更豐厚的知識,更應(yīng)該成為具有現(xiàn)代意識的高素質(zhì)公民。但現(xiàn)階段看來,大多數(shù)高校并沒有開設(shè)專門的公民意識教育課程,反而更多的是強(qiáng)調(diào)思想政治教育對公民的意識教育滲透,因此,對大學(xué)生進(jìn)行公民意識的教育有待加強(qiáng)。加強(qiáng)對大學(xué)生公民意識的教育和培養(yǎng),不僅能夠提升大學(xué)生個人整體素質(zhì),更重要的是提升個體成長本身所承載的深厚的社會價值,一方面能夠探索對公民意識教育更合理的途徑,另一方面加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生公民意識教育是我國現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的大勢所趨,能夠推此及彼,有利于推進(jìn)我國民主法制化進(jìn)程的加快。因此,對大學(xué)生進(jìn)行公民意識教育具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。本文以大學(xué)生公民意識教育為主線,采用理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法,經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)分析大量文獻(xiàn)資料和實(shí)踐探究后,得出大學(xué)生公民意識教育的必要性和所包涵的核心內(nèi)涵,主要包括國家意識、權(quán)責(zé)意識、法治意識、公德意識。在此基礎(chǔ)上,深入探討大學(xué)生公民意識教育現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,即大學(xué)生公民意識教育在現(xiàn)階段系統(tǒng)性、協(xié)同性、主體性、實(shí)踐性的缺乏,究其原因主要是受傳統(tǒng)文化、社會環(huán)境以及教育目的三方面的影響。為此,本文提出了大學(xué)生公民意識教育的路徑選擇:提高認(rèn)知,轉(zhuǎn)變觀念;發(fā)揮馬克思主義理論課和思想品德教育課主陣地的作用;積極參與實(shí)踐,在實(shí)踐中獲得新知。此外,本文結(jié)合當(dāng)前社會主流思潮,探討了在主流意識形態(tài)塑造過程中加大對公民意識教育的滲透,為大學(xué)生公民意識教育的路徑選擇提供一個新維度。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of social modernization, civic awareness has gradually aroused widespread concern. Although the concept of "citizen" has not entered the public view for a short time, due to historical and realistic reasons, people's understanding of rights and obligations is not perfect, and there is no complete concept of civic consciousness. Civic consciousness is a kind of social consciousness, which mainly refers to a citizen's conscious consciousness of his or her country's master status, rights and obligations, despite the fact that a person has different identities in society. But you can't blur your citizenship at any time. Civic awareness education is aimed at cultivating responsible citizens who consciously recognize and are loyal to the state. Although the education of civic consciousness in China started late, the state paid particular attention to it. Most of the 17th and 18th National Congress of the Party emphasized the need to strengthen civic awareness education. It is especially necessary to carry out civic consciousness education at this stage because of the promotion of citizen moral construction. As the backbone of future social development, contemporary college students should not only master more rich knowledge, but also become high-quality citizens with modern consciousness. However, at present, most colleges and universities do not offer special courses of civic consciousness education. On the contrary, more emphasis is placed on the infiltration of ideological and political education to citizen consciousness education. Therefore, the education of civic consciousness for college students needs to be strengthened. To strengthen the education and cultivation of college students' civic consciousness can not only enhance the overall quality of college students, but also, more importantly, promote the profound social value of individual growth itself. On the one hand, we can explore a more reasonable way to the civic consciousness education, on the other hand, strengthening the civic consciousness education of college students is the general trend of the modernization development of our country, and can push one over the other, which is conducive to the acceleration of the process of democratic legalization in our country. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance to carry on the civic consciousness education to the college students. This article takes the education of college students' civic consciousness as the main line, adopts the method of combining theory and practice, after systematic analysis of a large amount of literature and practice, obtains the necessity and the core connotation of the civic consciousness education of college students. It mainly includes the consciousness of the state, the consciousness of power and responsibility, the consciousness of rule of law and the consciousness of public morality. On this basis, this paper probes into the present situation and existing problems of college students' civic consciousness education, that is, the lack of systematicness, cooperation, subjectivity and practicality of college students' civic consciousness education at the present stage, the main reason of which is due to the traditional culture. The influence of social environment and educational purpose. Therefore, this paper puts forward the path choice of civic consciousness education for college students: improving cognition and changing ideas; giving full play to the main position of Marxist theory course and ideological and moral education course; actively participating in practice and obtaining new knowledge in practice. In addition, this paper discusses the infiltration of civic consciousness education in the process of shaping the mainstream ideology, which provides a new dimension for the path selection of college students' civic consciousness education in the light of the current mainstream trend of thought in society.
