【摘要】：高等教育有效供給是指與經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展相適應,滿足、適應和引導主體的高等教育需求,包括入學機會供給有效、產(chǎn)品供給有效,高等教育入學機會供給有效是高等教育產(chǎn)品供給有效的基礎。高等教育有效供給不足是其對立面,表現(xiàn)為滿足有效需求的高等教育供給不足、不良供給以及供給過剩。影響高等教育有效供給的因素主要有經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平、高等教育政策、高等教育資源、高等教育規(guī)模、高等教育需求等。高等教育供給是否有效,有多維的衡量標準,從供求關系來看,有數(shù)量、質(zhì)量與結構標準;從公平標準考察,高等教育供給是否公平是衡量其有效供給的重要指標。
[Abstract]:The effective supply of higher education refers to the demand for higher education which adapts to, satisfies, adapts and guides the main body of economic and social development, including the effective supply of entrance opportunities and the effective supply of products. The effective supply of higher education entrance opportunities is the effective basis for the supply of higher education products. The shortage of effective supply of higher education is the opposite, which is manifested in the shortage of supply, bad supply and oversupply of higher education to meet the effective demand. The main factors influencing the effective supply of higher education are economic development level, higher education policy, higher education resources, higher education scale, higher education demand and so on. From the point of view of supply and demand, there are quantity, quality and structure standard; from the fair standard, whether the higher education supply is fair or not is an important index to measure the effective supply.
